thank you,foreign,so today I want to talk again about some,stuff you might not have seen and again,I'll be going back to those DVD sets,that feature unreleased marches this,time we're looking at the unreleased 86,to 85 set and we're actually going to,look at two marches today two ladder,matches that were not televised yet they,happened to TV tapings the IC title was,on the line in both marches feature,Double J Jeff Jarrett these matches are,quite interesting because most fans,would believe the Wrestlemania 10 Ladder,Match was followed up by the SummerSlam,95 ladder match and there wasn't,anything in between but you might be,surprised to learn that more ladder,matches happened in 1995 compared to,every other year of WWF or WWE's,existence yes most often when the,cameras weren't rolling but there was a,reason for WWF putting on so many ladder,matches in 1995 quite simply business,was done and a lot of matches were used,as a way to entice people in the Arenas,in today's unreleased marches Double J,takes on the British Bulldog in Davies,one and only WWE ladder match and the,other bite features a man who helped,steal the show in the first ever WWF,ladder match on pay-per-view Razor Ramon,Bret Hart versus Shawn Michaels 21st of,July 1992 from Portland Maine this is,credited as the first ever ladder match,to take place in WWF Bret Hart has also,been credited as the man who brought the,idea of the latter months to Vince,McMahon saying as the March type was a,favorite in Stampede Wrestling back in,Calgary in the later Machi and Sean had,was decent it won't win any awards for,the greatest Lottery Match of all time,but it's still a fundamentally certain,ladder match and a nice introduction of,the March type the fans in the audience,the match itself would jar,to a lot of March for the IC title A,March the Jeff Jarrett won this show was,billed as a night to remember and it was,the final WWF show held at the Boston,Garden the Fleet Center would open in,the summer of 1995. the British Bulldog,vs Jeff Jarrett laddermotts took place,three days later during a Superstar's,taping so the date is the 16th of May,1995 however the actual episode of,superstars would air on the 20th of May,this dark March happened before the,matches for television were recorded,so this one takes place just after the,first in your house event on TV Double J,is still feuding with Razor Ramon while,the British bulldogs part of the Allied,Parts tag team the recording of the,March found on WWE unreleased features,hard cam footage only there are no,camera cuts at all though you do get a,little zooming during the entrances and,at the beginning of the march of course,there's no commentary either but I,couldn't care less honestly you just,have McMahon screaming what a maneuver,every 10 seconds anyway the hard cam,footage does become a problem though at,a few points in the match but I'll,explain when it happens the footage,available also means that visually this,part of this YouTube video isn't going,to look very appealing so apologies in,advance Double J comes to the ring with,the Roadie and even though the ring,announcer says Lex Luger's here with,Davey he isn't not yet anyway the camera,zooms around as the bell rings and the,Roadie distracts their video like Double,J to take an early Advantage Davey takes,a few strikes in the corner before,delivering during a vertical suplex the,camera Zooms in and out here quite a bit,but keep in mind the production guys,would also test their setups for when,the actual show matches had to get,recorded you see this more in dark,matches that happen before the tippings,and not after it goes to the outside of,the ring and we can see what happens,just fine Davey fights back when jarrah,tries to hit him on the apron but when,the two men move to the other side of,the Ring things get a bit more difficult,to see and that's the main problem here,with footage being hard com exclusive,this becomes more evident a little later,on though Road dog gets in a cheap shot,b

20 MIN LEG/BUTT/THIGH WORKOUT - Lower Body Strength

hey guys welcome back today i'm going to,lead you through a 20-minute full-on leg,day workout,using some dumbbells today i have a set,of 25 pound dumbbells and a set of 15,pound dumbbells so something lighter and,something a little bit heavier but,please use whatever suits your strength,levels and whatever you have access to,at home make sure that you can see your,screen so you can follow along with me,and without further ado,let's get to it,all right guys we're going to start off,with a really quick warm-up,legs are nice and wide arms are out to,the side you're going to reach,fingertips to the opposite toes hinging,at the hips you'll feel a slight stretch,in your,i won't try to hamstrings here,good from here you're going to drive the,knees upward nice big half circles,warming up those,this hips,and next up we're just gonna do some,body weight squats,nice and slow,just warming up those legs,good work taking a 30 second rest we are,moving into our workout portion,first up we're gonna do some sumo squats,so i'm gonna grab,just one of my 25 pound dumbbells the,way that this is going to work,is each exercise we are going to do 40,seconds on with a 20 second rest and,we're going to repeat each exercise,three times in a row so three,repetitions,so we're going to do some sumo squats,first,legs are wide toes are out on an angle,grabbing the dumbbell chest is lifted,coming up keeping the tension on the,glutes not hinging the hips forward,sit into those heels,good work 20 second rest we're going to,repeat that,two more times,i really love structuring especially my,leg day workouts like this because it's,really,important that we focus on form and this,way we're just taking it one exercise at,a time,here we go one more time,sit into those heels,keep the knees slightly bent body is,angled slightly forward tension is on,the glutes,good work,last 20 second rest and we repeat that,one more time before moving on to our,next exercise,here we go last round,i,saw the world turning in my mind,keep the chest lifted,push yourself,only 15 more seconds you can do it,nice work,all right we're taking a one minute,break so you get a little bit longer of,a rest here in between exercises,next up we are going to do some plain,old deadlifts so,i've got both of my dumbbells legs are,about shoulder-width apart,you want to focus on hinging those hips,sending the booty back nice and far,sitting into those heels,and then your palms are facing toward,your shins,back is in a nice straight line hinging,at the hips and squeezing those glutes,at the top,if you find that this exercise is,straining your lower back too much,really focus on hinging at those hips,pretend somebody is,pulling you back,if that's still not working you can put,something underneath your toes to help,yourself really sit into those heels and,that should help,here we go,make sure your head,neck and back are all in a nice straight,line,20 second rest getting ready for round,number two,here we go,it's been for me,i know it's hard for you to give it a,try,last 20 second rest before we go into,round three,here we go last round,push yourself take it nice and slow if,you have to go,don't be afraid,and jet those hips sit in those heels,nice work all right moving on to our,next exercise,plain and simple i'm gonna grab,my lighter weights for this one,we're going to do some calf raises,i'm gonna put these down for now though,so i feel like we neglect our calves a,lot i feel like us ladies really tend to,focus,on our glutes and we neglect the lower,half of our legs so,i've added some calf raises into this,workout you're basically just going to,hold,your weights rise all the way up on your,tippy-toes and lower down without,spending too much time at the bottom,of your eyes,if you have a stair nearby or maybe even,some yoga blocks,you can stand on that having your heels,hang off the back,and that will give you a little bit more,range of motion,um but if not it's totally fine to do it,on the floor just like me,here we go,as you're doing this don't forget about,your upper body and your,your core,head work,if you want to challenge yourself a,little bit more you can go up and wait,but i find it really helpful,to only spend a very minimal amount of,time at the bottom of my calf raise and,focus on the explosive movement upward,all the way up on those toes,keep those legs straight,all right one more round of that before,we move on,here we go last round,don't give up this time,nothing what is it,one more time,clearly do not work my calves enough,is,good work taking a one minute rest next,up second to last exercise is some,reverse lunges,so i'm going to use my set of 15's i'm,gonna have one in either hand if,you can only hold one dumbbell that's,fine just hold it up by your chest like,so,you're just going to be stepping back,into a lunge,and we're going to alternate,legs nice and simple,make sure when you're stepping back into,your lunge,that your body is leaning slightly,forward so the hinge point is
