today sad and i,are going to make something quick,easy and absolutely delicious we still,found some of these beautiful cherry,tomatoes,and we are going to roast them in the,oven,and make an absolutely delicious soup,so here we have a sweet onion and we're,just going to,cut it into big chunks because the rest,at the end,will be blended up with an immersion,blender,onions go right in here,and here we have some aluin kamicha,so it's the garlic with the shirt on the,skin still on,and of course now we're going to reserve,these,on the side because we're going to,garnish our plate,with some of these tomatoes still on the,vine and the rest,we're just gonna put in here we also,have a few,roma tomatoes that i'm gonna split in,half,and use these as well,and then some olive oil,now a nice generous drizzle of olive oil,olive oil always makes everything better,and then we also have some of these,cayenne peppers we just picked in the,garden,we're just gonna throw one or two in,there as well but this is totally,optional if you don't like the heat,put some salt on there already,and these guys are about ready to go in,let me put some olive oil even,over here,there we go,the oven is nice and hot and we can,place our pan,inside and allow the oven to do its,magic,let's close the door,while the tomatoes are in the oven we're,going to pour the chicken stock or,vegetable stock in this pan,and bring it to a simmer as it simmers,we're also going to put,a bay leaf inside let's peek inside,oh look at there it's starting to look,amazing i think we're gonna rotate the,pan,all these little charred pieces that's,just gonna give so much more flavor,we've rotated the pan and now we'll,close the door,time is up and come inside here now,and look at these magnificent colors,and if i could only let you smell the,aroma coming out of here,oh wow it is so good now you see here,the garlic and camicha,the garlic inside is just as soft as can,be,but we just will need to take the skin,off and we'll do that with each one of,them,now we're going to scoop everything up,and,place it into our broth,i think we're going to use only one,cayenne pepper instead of both of them,all the tomatoes garlic and onion have,been moved,over into the pot but then you see this,reduction right here,this guys is like pure gold and we don't,want to lose any of it,so we're going to put some broth in here,from the pot,and get it all so right here i'm just,going to get some broth out,i'm going to place it in here and then,with a wooden spoon we're going to get,everything up,and here it is pure goodness,tomatoes at times tend to be a little,bit acidic to cut down on the acidity,we can just put a sprinkle of sugar in,there and that really really helps,i'm going to taste it as far as salt,since the chicken stock was already a,bit salted,we just need to add just a tad of salt,now the basil leaves,it goes right in there,the bay leaf has done its job we're,going to remove it,and now we're going to blend everything,down with an immersion blender,this has been simmering for about five,minutes the light is kind of going away,because of a storm coming,but with this immersion blender right,here we're going to blend,everything up,as a final touch and this is totally,optional we're gonna add some heavy,cream,and this is gonna make it so nice and,silky,and here is our beautiful tomato soup,and we're going to be able to serve it,and enjoy it,really really hot or even in the,warmer months kind of tap it,we made some creme fish with,a bit of sour cream and heavy cream,and we're going to put a little dollop,right here,in the center and then the tomatoes that,we reserved,we're going to place them on there as,well,and as a final touch a,bit of fresh basil,right there we're gonna finish,everything off,with a nice drizzle of olive oil and,this plate,is ready to be served,and all that is left to do now is to dig,in,and i am going to wish you guys,you

an hour before you start to put it on,your cake,and that's it you end up with this cake
