hey guys it's ro welcome back to my,channel so today's video is gonna be,very special,all the nostalgia because i grew up,eating ritz crackers and i still love,them today and that inspired me to make,four recipes using ritz that are,delicious it is gonna bring your ritz,game to the next level,so a big thank you to ritz crackers for,sponsoring this video,and if you haven't heard the news they,just released these cheese,crispers that's right two different,flavors,they've got cheddar and four cheese and,herb,both they are delightfully crispy and,baked with real,cheese on top i love these and these are,available now,but for our recipes today we're gonna be,using the original,ritz cracker now let's get started the,first recipe that we're gonna be making,is based on one of my favorite ways to,eat ritz crackers and my nephew's,favorite way to eat ritz crackers you,take a ritz cracker and put a little,cream cheese on the top so,based on this flavor combo which is,delicious,we're going to be making these mini,cheesecakes using,crushed up ritz crackers for,the crust i kid you not this recipe,is delicious it is better than what,you'd find in a bakery,i am not joking it is that good i'll be,posting all of the ingredients and the,measurements in the description down,below so if you would like to follow,along at home,you can and if you have never made,cheesecake at home before,now this is the time to do it it's,really simple and this recipe makes 24,little mini bites it's perfect first,step to making this recipe,is making the cheesecake crust and we're,going to be doing so,with rich crackers this is so cool,so you're gonna add crushed ritz,crackers to a medium-sized bowl,and that's all this is just crushed up,ricks,then add some melted butter and dark,brown sugar,brown sugar makes every recipe delicious,it's just,good now using a spatula mix together,until well combined,oh yeah work that melted butter all,around,you want to make sure to mix it up,really good because the butter is going,to hold it all together kind of like my,life oh that's looking good boom that's,it that's how you make the crust,super simple in front of me i have a,mini muffin tray,and i have lined them with a bunch of,paper liners the liners make it easier,to remove the little cheesecakes and,when you take them off it gives them a,cool texture all the way around,scoop half a tablespoon into each liner,and then,press flat and if you don't have a half,tablespoon measurement,a half tablespoon is also equal to,one and a half teaspoons so,boom i'm gonna have to do a double scoop,but it is worth it,isn't math great shout out to my math,teacher,once you're done just set these off to,the side you don't need to bake them,this is a no-bake recipe while,we make our cheesecake filling first up,to making the filling you're going to,take some heavy cream pour into a medium,bowl,and using an electric hand mixer mix,together until,stiff peaks form this usually takes,about a couple minutes,look at that we went from a liquid to a,solid,once it's looking good you're just gonna,set this off to the side then,in a large mixing bowl we're gonna mix,together,just regular granulated sugar and your,cream,cheese i left it out of the fridge a,little bit to warm up you want to mix,these two together,while the cream cheese is at room,temperature using an electric hand mixer,mix together,until smooth this usually takes just a,couple minutes,ooh look at how smooth this is looking,now add a little bit of vanilla extract,lemon juice and sour cream mix together,once again,until well combined we are so close this,is the last step to making our cream,cheese filling,add your whipped cream to your cream,cheese mixture,mix them together on a low speed until,smooth and don't forget to use a spatula,to scrape down the sides,our filling is ready and this next step,is totally optional but i like to do it,because it makes,the next step a little easier so you're,taking a large piping bag,and i've just placed it into a cup so,that i don't have to hold it,while you scoop the filling inside pipe,each tray,three-fourths full like so,boom now do this to the rest of your,trays,you can scoop the filling in with a,spoon but it's a little messier and it,takes a lot longer i just prefer the,piping bag because it's fast and clean,and again something cool about this,recipe is that it is no bake,so you just pop these in the fridge for,three hours to chill,and then they're ready to serve our mini,cheesecakes have,chilled they've firmed up i just took,them out of the wrappers put them on a,cutting board,and this part is totally optional but i,just wanted to,garnish decorate with a little piece of,fresh fruit because i,love fresh raspberries on my cheesecake,it is my favorite flavor comb bow,all right so you just take a little,fresh raspberry and,place it on top like so i like to do,this afterwards so that the coming,into my favorite time of year which is,the holidays I have such great memories,of huge spreads of food and that was my,favorite just seeing the possibilities,all laid out in there on the table and,ultimately what the holidays and food,means to me during that time of year it,represents welcome love Comfort,Gathering,loved ones friends it's just a beautiful,time of year and one of my other,favorite Traditions is going over to my,mother-in-law's with my kids and,building gingerbread houses and,decorating them there's something about,that tradition that is just so,comforting loving sweet and it's a treat,we only do this once a year we only,indulge in all these sweets this time of,year and I love that tradition so much,so in that vein of fun and celebration,let's make two desserts using Ritz,crackers now the first one I'm going to,be making is one called Ritz crackers,candy we're gonna need two sleeves for,this recipe for these also remind me of,being in charge of making spinach dip,during the holidays I adore spinach dip,there's something that's so great about,dip and I think it's a combination of,textures you've got that crisp buttery,cracker and then you've got that,dippable dip that's often cool and it's,got a creamy mouth feel well oh my,goodness I think if I were to come up,with a topping or dip that would be,representative of my upbringing on a,Ritz cracker it would be,it would probably be Burmese La Peto if,you're not familiar with lepetto it's my,favorite thing to have for breakfast and,it's made of fermented green tea leaves,and has crispy beans and pea snacks in,there garlic oil,and a little bit of lime juice it is so,delicious alrighty back to the sascot,ham which is crushing crushing crack,so this is a bit of a secret ingredient,so I'm going to go ahead and pulverize,these really finely you could also Blitz,these in a food processor and get a,really fine crumb I think it'll be fun,little experiment to see if anyone can,guess what the secret ingredient is okay,so here are my crackers all crushed and,ground nice and fine,and in this bowl I have 10 ounces of,marshmallows we're going to add two,tablespoons of butter,and now we're going to microwave this,for 30 seconds 45 seconds or until all,the marshmallows are melted and poofed,up while we're waiting for the,marshmallows to warm up we can prepare,our pan and I've got some parchment,paper in an 8 by 8 inch brownie pan,square pan if you don't have parchment,paper you can also just grease your pan,liberally look at that I love how they,poof up,so jiggly,so I'm going to stir the marshmallows I,put them in for about one minute okay so,now I'm gonna add vanilla work that in,and our crushed crackers,put in about half,in the beginning,and work that in oh my gosh that smells,so good,that vanilla,so I put an initial load,and now I'm gonna put the rest,take this wonderful mixture,place it into our pan,and with impeccably clean hands that,I've oiled I'm going to just press this,into the pan,then we're just going to let this cool,so that we can cut it into nice little,bite-sized pieces so while our Ritz,cracker candy is cooling let's go ahead,and make our second recipe in the,saucepan I've got one stick of butter,and to that we're going to add an equal,amount of brown sugar,bloop right into there,and we're just going to let that melt if,you're like me you're going to want to,mess with this and stir this around but,there really is no need we're just going,to bring it up to a boil and then cook,it for three minutes three while that's,going I've got a quarter sheet baking,pan here and I sprayed it with a little,bit of oil you can also butter it,and we're going to line that with some,Ritz crackers,oh boy okay,this smells so good buttery,butterscotchy but it smells so good and,now we're going to pour this beautiful,concoction,on top of our crackers,spread the caramel all over,so behind me I have my oven heated up at,375 degrees and we're just going to pop,this whole pan in there for a few,minutes,alrighty our caramel coated crackers are,smelling Divine while it's hot we're,gonna sprinkle them with some semi-sweet,chocolate chips,nice layer,so,a cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips and,then back into our hot oven okay it's,been one minute and that's enough just,check to see when the chips are nice and,spreadable that's all you need to do,just so you can smear them around so at,this point if you want to add some,chopped nuts to this chopped peppermint,candies,all of which would be lovely hi I'm Jenny Keller welcome to the,Keller farm house today I'm gonna show,you how I make my famous Christmas crack,sounds kind of bad but it's actually,really good and I've been making this,all season long at every event,everybody's going crazy for it and it's,very simple but I thought it's always,nice to see somebody actually do it so,that's what we're gonna do today you are,gonna need a 9 by 13 pan to get started,and some foil my plan is not nine by,thirteen because nine by thirteen so my,recipe is it's tiny bit smaller than,what you will make but if you want to,follow along and you want to make a,smaller one that's totally fine too I,have this pan lined with foil and then,I'm going to use my Wilton bake easy,spray I use this for everything I love,it so much and you're just gonna spray,so that you don't have any sticking when,you go to break your it's basically a,bark but we call it crack and you're,gonna need Ritz crackers so the full,recipe that I am going to email you if,you're subscribed to my website calls,for a pack and a half of these Ritz,crackers but like I said since I'm,making a little bit smaller of a batch I,just use one sleeve if you're not,subscribed to get,them mostly flat when you get to the end,you do kind of just have to break pieces,I didn't say this but you should,pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees so you,can get ready for the next step I didn't,try to use them all I have three left,but we're good so set that aside and,then we have a cup of brown sugar one,and a half cups of semi-sweet chocolate,chips and 1/3 cup of peanut butter as,well as a half of a cup of butter one,stick you can use creamy or crunchy,peanut butter my recipe says creamy but,I've used both it doesn't really make,huge difference and if you're really a,stickler about not liking semi-sweet you,can use milk chocolate chips if you,prefer so on a saucepan we're gonna head,over here and melt our butter so you,just want to make sure that the brown,sugar is dissolved before you take it,off the saucepan we're almost there it,almost just barely starts to bubble okay,so the sugar is dissolved and now we're,gonna pour it directly over the Ritz,crackers I've also seen this in with,saltines if you maybe I'm a fan of Ritz,crackers you can swap it out and then,you're just gonna smooth it over the,crackers it's okay if they move around,cuz in the end though all home,make sure it's all evenly coated some,kind of do you want to pop-ups just make,sure everybody's flat but but ish okay,and then once you have that completely,filled we're gonna put this in the oven,at 425 degrees for five minutes okay,we're gonna get these out of the oven,it's been five minutes you want to make,sure that the its bubbling your mixture,its bubbling before you grab it out and,off and then now you're gonna take your,chocolate chips and just sprinkle them,over the top not in any way shape or,form just trans evenly coat another,thing you can do is you could do half,milk chocolate and half semi-sweet or,you could try even white chocolate,whatever you make this it's gonna be,good so now we're gonna let this sit for,one minute the heat is just gonna melt,those right down and then we're gonna,smooth over it and pop it in the freezer,okay so it's been a minute and our,chocolate is now very melty so can you,use my oven mitt and you're just gonna,spread with the spatula some of them,aren't all the way melted but that's,okay because they will end up melting,and then I usually top mine with some,kind of fun sprinkle so,you could use something Christmasy if,you wanted or something for New Year's,or really this is good anytime so I have,just like some sparkling sugars that I'm,gonna add on the top and then a little,white jimmies that are cute actually,these are new Wilton sprinkles they're,called white sugar crystals and they're,kind of thicker and I think these are,really good they almost look like rock,salt but they're not so once you have,your see if I can touch it did you have,your sprinkles on it's gonna look,something like this and you're gonna put,this in the freezer for about 15 minutes,and then you we're gonna pull it out and,break it up and turn it into work all,right we have our frozen

hey guys it's bro welcome back to my,channel I got so many requests from you,all to do another trying Tick Tock food,recipe so that is exactly what we're,gonna be doing today and specifically,we're gonna be trying pickle recipes,that's right pickles I am a big fan of,pickles I don't know about you but they,have been very popular on Tick Tock this,year when I went out a couple weeks ago,to get my favorite pickles which these,are my favorite pickles they were sold,out I had to go with Stephanie we had to,go to three different stores to get,pickles it was a mission it was a real,Mission I was sweating I was like who,and work to get these pickles so I'm not,mad at you Tick Tock I love you but,these got so popular on Tick Tock that I,had a hard time even getting them again,anyways these are my favorite pickles,and today we're gonna be trying three,very popular recipes involving pickles,from Tick Tock and I love these videos,because sometimes these recipes on Tick,Tock turn out really awesome and,sometimes they don't so I really don't,know what to expect especially because,some of these are not usually how I eat,pickles all right now without further,Ado let's get started and if you I love pickles but I never put,them together other so I'm kind of,excited and kind of terrified I don't,know if this is gonna be awesome or not,but it looks kind of simple I got all,the ingredients in front of me right,here and she makes a lot of it on the,stove in this little pan so let's get,started all right let's see in pan,butter in pan garlic the one thing I,don't like about Tick Tock recipes is,they never have measurements and she's,even joking about it she's like I don't,have a recipe I'm just kind of guessing,but I hate that when they're like,awesome they don't have measurements so,I'm going to do my best here and just,guess first up is throwing butter and,garlic in the pan she doesn't say how,hot her pan is I'm gonna put it on a low,heat then I'm gonna put in some butter,my mom got this butter so let's put a,bunch in because it looked like it was,covered the pan and My Pan actually,looks a little bigger than hers so I'm,gonna put in a lot of butter and you,know what I think it was a bit of a,higher heat we're going at a medium now,there was a lot of butter I'm thinking,this is right now we're gonna add our,garlic and let me look at her pick,picture butter,garlic,let it become a frigger on look at that,we got little bubbles we're gonna add,our garlic look like that much it's like,three teaspoons tablespoons two,tablespoons if it's too much I love,garlic so that's okay I'm actually gonna,put a little bit more well I'm gonna,turn down the heat a little bit whoa,getting a little too high there whoa,whoa,two okay oh oh too hot okay now what do,we have,do throw the dill in look like that much,and cream,cream ah how much cream it looks like,she just pours like a whoop okay,oh gosh okay okay okay oh oh turn it,down turn it down there we go then she,adds two minute marinade it was sold out,at the store we got a little uh garlic,and herb all right so put a little bit,of that in and she says a little bit of,lemon pepp which is lemon pepper some,regular pepper and salt again there was,not a recipe so I'm just feeling it out,we're just gonna let it cook here get a,little bit more thick she also adds a,little bit of red pepper and a little,bit more cream oh that smells great,maybe I'll add a little bit more that,smells really good oh my God I love that,and a little bit more cream there we go,all right our sauce is looking good okay,I got everything in there now I'm just,gonna keep letting this cook to thicken,up a little bit and while this is,thickening I'm gonna chop up some,pickles because that's what she did she,says chop some pickles aggressively so,that's exactly what I'm gonna do and I'm,using the best pickles in the world boom,if you're wondering why they're the best,they're just so crunchy and so fresh,they're pick cycled in a way there's so,much flavor they're a little bit of,spice at the end it's not over pickled,so it's still very much like a cucumber,it tastes really fresh and then the,spices are just perfect they're like,oh my gosh a little bit of spice right,at the end,that one's just for me that's a snack,chop the,punks of pickles here she also said she,add a little bit of the pickle juice to,the sauce so I'm gonna do
