different this,is such a last minute decision,i was going to try out the tick tock,coffee and lemon weight loss challenge,and i thought to myself why not form it,so that's what i'm doing i'm going to be,documenting my experience,apparently this works,tick tock this has been trending,i'm gonna try it out for myself and,we'll see if i'm gonna see any results,so if you wanna see,if this thing really works then please,do keep on watching,okay guys you're gonna need,lemons,and,and coffee,it can be any type of coffee,i prefer fresh lemons because a lot of,people,have been using,fresh lemons i'm going to try this with,fresh lemons,so,let us mix the concoction,i'm going to do,one spoonful of,coffee,i'm actually not even a coffee lover so,we'll see how this goes but,dinner time but i've tasted apple cider,vinegar and i hate,the taste of apple cider vinegar so i'm,hoping this is not gonna taste as bad as,apple cider vinegar,okay i've added my,my water the water is not hot,so i don't boil my water and i'm gonna,use half a lemon a lot of people have,been using like a whole full lemon i'm,going to use half a lemon,i'm gonna be drinking this with a straw,um so yeah,guys the smell,it's not as bad as apple cider vinegar i,think i can do this,but i'm going to wait for my mixture to,cool down just a little bit,then i'm going to try and,drink it in one goal,oh i'm going to see my eyes,wouldn't say mother,this is what happens when you sit around,not do anything,and now that summer and spring is upon,us,now i want to try quick fix solutions,oh,wow,i did it,it was a struggle but i did it,it tastes bad like it tastes really,really bad,the taste is not nice,but it's nothing compared to the apple,cider vinegar one thing that gives me,about apple cider vinegar is the smell,so,so yeah,that is day one done and dusted just for,some context today is,sunday today is sunday,um and,yeah i'll vlog bits and pieces,of my week um,just to tell you guys a few things,i'm not going to be changing my diet,at all because,i think that's not,burping it is the worst,so i'm not going to be changing my diet,because,the thing with diets is that the minute,you go back to,eating how you normally eat then you,gain all the weight back so i'm not try,this with my,with my normal eating habits,but i am gonna try but i am gonna,reduce um my portion,sizes,so i will show you some of my meals that,i'm having i will reduce my portions and,i will up my water intake,um,i definitely will up my water intake um,the goal is two liters,minimum one liter,at the goal i'm gonna push and try to,have at least two liters,of water each and every single,day and,yeah i'm just gonna listen to my body,i'm gonna eat when i'm hungry i'm not,gonna force things if i'm full i'm gonna,stop eating,um,i'm not gonna be following again i'm not,gonna be following any diet and i'm not,gonna be working out but if that changes,during the week then i will let you guys,know for some context so,that's what i'm doing i'm also starting,weight i believe it's 82 point something,kgs,and this is a more naba,by the end of this week if there's gonna,be any change,um so ideally um,i'm gonna have to do this until,next,sunday,yeah,so this vlog is probably gonna be up,next sunday,or monday,so yeah that is day one i'm gonna check,in with you guys during the day as i'm,eating my meals,and then,we'll continue from,from there,so,hey guys just a quick update today is,day,day two i just drank my concoction and,yeah it was a little bit strong today,but,um yeah so,yesterday everything went well um i,didn't have breakfast yesterday because,after drinking the concoction i was just,chasing my water,goal which was two liters of water,so honestly i was not hungry i'm just,listening to my body i did skip,breakfast i did have lunch,and dinner,um,and yeah um like i said i'm not gonna be,documenting my food today solely because,i'm not following,any tapa diet um,so yeah that's basically my update for,today we'll see how it goes i'll check,in with you guys probably tomorrow,um when i am drinking,my concoction so yeah,so,hello guys it is day three today,i just had my concoction and um now i'm,gonna warm up,my leftovers which is my cabbage in my,mesh that i had yesterday for lunch,and yeah so far so good um,the lemon does,really cup your appetite so it's around,12 now i'm having my first meal,and,yeah i am experiencing less bloating,which is great,um so far so good just checking in for,day three,i'll check in with you guys tomorrow,hey guys it is day five and i'm checking,in i just had my concoction,it was so strong today um i'm doing this,by the door today because it's so dark,it's so gloomy it was so gloomy,yesterday it's been raining for the past,two days yesterday i really struggled,with my water intake i did have 1.5,liters of water
