algorithmic favorability,afterwards that's the most common format,for this channel in particular and for,many others on the platform as well,however the most common format is not,always the most desirable the best,viewership pattern is usually called,evergreen content and it occurs when a,video becomes embedded in the algorithm,and ranks highly enough in popular,search terms or general browse features,to continue gaining traction over time,in a very reliable way this type of,content is effectively the holy grail,for us creators because it can result in,hundreds of thousands or millions with youtube and then have,a look at how much some big creators,will probably be making with the tiktok,creative fund,the tiktok creative fund is brand new to,the uk i only think it's been with us,for a few months,i think the us tick tock i've had it for,a while now if you're unaware of what,the creative fund is it's basically just,tick tock,paying its creators a small fee for the,amount of views that they get to be,eligible for the tick tock created funds,you need to have 10 000 followers 10 000,monthly views on that previous month,when you apply for the creative fund,and be over the age of 18. tick tock,have announced they're spending 54,million pounds,or 75 million dollars something like,that on the uk and europe create a fund,now why this differs from youtube is the,fact that tick tock are directly paying,their creators,from their own bank account by the,sounds of it or the investor's bank,account or whoever's bank account it's,coming directly from tick tock now when,you compare that to adsense on youtube,you've got advertisers paying for that,so now we know tik tok have got a limit,they've got a cap on how much money,they're going to spend which is 54,million for example,we know that that's got to be spread,across every creator and uk and europe,that's eligible for the creative fund,and that's why i'll show you in a second,creators are getting paid very very,little for the amount of views that,they're actually going to get,tiktok have also announced that they're,going to up that spend to around 1,billion i think that is just in the us,the us current tick-tock creator fund is,at 200 million but there's more people,in the u.s so that 200 million has got,to be spread across every creator who's,got 10 000 followers 10 000,views and he's over 18 which is a lot of,tick tock accounts the reason i think,this is important to know is that that,money that tick tock are paying has got,to be spread across a lot of accounts,meaning that we're just going to get,paid a lot less than if we got the same,amount of views on youtube but the same,amount of views,elsewhere on any other platform you all,want to know how much money i've made so,i'm going to screen
