i bought the original voice changer from,scream,let's see if i can sound like ghost face,disappointing that it's me i know,for all things halloween this is haunt,former,and with the release of this new scream,movie scream 5,i wanted to go back and look at,something,from the original kinda sorta,what i have here today,not a knife not a mask,is something from amazon that i actually,picked up for about 20 bucks you can,actually order it right now yourself,i'll put a link in the description below,what i have here,is a voice changer that is basically the,same identical one,used by the killers spoiler alert,billion stew,from scream,now of course in the whole stream canon,the voice changer has changed,as much as ghost space has with each,rendition there's a new catch like in,scream three where it adapts to people's,voices and in some of the movies it's,actually built into the mask itself but,in that original film,it is what this is it is a voice,modulator that you actually put up to,your mouth and talk through you can see,it at the end of the original movie,and um,obviously it's not going to sound like,ghost face entirely because ghost face,is voiced by roger l jackson,but i wanted to see if this was worth it,or not and i felt like doing this video,would make it worthwhile at least so you,all could see,if it's worthwhile or not,this,voice changer and even if you're not a,huge ghost face fan which i don't know,why you wouldn't be,whatever,even if you're not,voice changers,are pretty important in the world of,halloween the haunt industry and horror,they're a great way to,prank people scam whatever what have you,don't don't scam people but,feel free to prank within reason,obviously it looks like this was made in,japan i'm assuming uh,china my bad,but,as you can tell it's got,a,lettering that is foreign to me,and a really interesting picture on the,back i don't know what that is,but it's interesting enough obviously,you can see that this voice changer,looks a lot like the one that billy and,stu,use at the end of scream and that's,exactly the point is to get it to look,just like that,obviously when you take it out of the,box,looks just like this,although i'm trying to get it in focus,because it's focused on my face so i,should really do like that,it's got uh the part where you speak,into it and then it comes out or maybe,i'm sorry that's the uh the speaker and,you talk into it's got an on off with,the volume module here,you've got a robot voice and then,different settings it's called the,televoicer telephone voice changer which,is ever so fitting for ghostface,which is pretty cool now it does take a,nine volt battery,i was prepared,and brought one so we don't have to wait,around for me to get one,oh you see that let me turn that off,what's that,hello,hello,hello,so that's like an alien so there's a lot,of different settings so you also have a,robot let's do,hey you know i have to mess around with,it to fully get the,the uh,hello,hello,hello surprise i'm getting i'm getting,there,does this sound like roger l jackson i,think that's just my voice,is it not,i want to know who i'm,talking to,that's not what you said before,hello,oh so now i'll go in backwards here we,go,i could have a lot of fun with this,thing point is it looks like the ghost,face voice changer,i guess if you could do a good ghost,face you could probably make it sound a,little more like him,so it's not a perfect voice changer,but it has its it has its moments let's,see if i could put it in the mask,this was more an experiment than,anything else let's see,let's,i'm trying to say what's your favorite,scary movie and it's going,well you know what i'm going to end it,at that,if you want to check out this voice,changer for yourself i think it's it's a,nice prop because it's the one that they,use in the movie but obviously doesn't,really sound like ghost face you kind of,have to do your best impression but it,would be cool to have if you're doing,like a ghost face costume for halloween,or a cosplay you want to have the legit,changer from the movie,there you go because it's not the one,from all the movies but,most people really want from the,original and there you go thank you for,watching and remember,oh nope no no no no,oh,this,is
