know,i run a marketing agency so i have,direct line of communication with,facebook business for help with stuff,like this and they're just not able to,help i've received i've had phone calls,with facebook they say you got to go,through our internal team i see in some,of the emails and some of the steps that,i get from instagram or in the instagram,help center is you know uh maybe you,could send us a selfie video to prove,you own the account every time i would,ask facebook how do i submit a selfie,video they literally said we don't know,after trial and error and hitting many,different options on instagram we,figured it out we got it and we're gonna,show you how you can recover your,account by taking a selfie video with,the instagram app verify you own the,account and you can get it back now the,negative is,my account is still hacked but i'll tell,you why you see i'm a photographer i,travel all over my instagram feed has no,photos of this face,on the instagram account you can go,check it here jared quackenbush i'll put,it there it's still hacked not me if you,get a message it's from kelvin,from nigeria but i don't have any photos,on my instagram feed because i'm a drone,photographer my full feed is landscapes,but if you're like most instagram users,you have a photo of yourself on your,feed in the last couple months,and that is what's gonna help you do,this so enough talking let's kind of,jump into it and even if you're a,photographer like me and you don't have,a photo of yourself try this anyways i,did get one email from instagram,saying that they approved the video but,then there were some errors,i'm still doing it to this day so wish,me luck but let's jump right in i'm,doing this on an iphone it's kind of,similar on an android but let's kind of,walk you through it here we go you want,to go to add a new account,then that you want to click add a new,account and go to login to existing,account,and we are just going to jump right in,and type our username so i'm going to,walk you through this what i do for mine,jared quack bush,now this is my account that's still,hacked but i'm going to click forgot,password,now,you see where it says trouble logging in,enter your username or email and we'll,send you a link to get your account back,the problem is the link goes to the,email of the hacker not mine so we are,going to not click the next button which,is ridiculous because when you look at,this it makes you think oh let's click,the big blue button that says next no i,want you to click underneath that that,says need more help let's go,now you're going to see two accounts pop,up or your account pop up for me i have,my business account which is my personal,brand account jared quackenbush the one,i run it all through and then i have a a,private one that i've used just pictures,of my kids and food so you're going to,select the account,then,here's the crazy thing,the two phone numbers there are mine,but the email is there is the hacker not,mine but i'm going to send myself a,security code which you probably have,already done this before but don't worry,this is good news so we want to send,ourselves a security code,then we're going to type that in,boom confirm,now,this is where we get to the selfie video,next it wants you to enter your security,code which the hacker set up two-step,authentication so i can't so we are,going to go down to the bottom and click,try another way,now you're met with three options use,backup code,get support visit help center,we're going to click get support,a new page of options now i'm going to,click,my account was hacked,now i'm also going to click do you have,photos of yourself on your account yes,or no now i do have photos of myself in,my account but it's not until back in,like,the beginning of 2020 end of 2019 i have,photos of this face i just think the,the ai isn't going back that far which,really stinks or if they if the ai was,able to go to tagged photos,if you would see a ton of tacked photos,of me but,just not on my main feed so let's click,yes i have photos of myself on my,account,next,pause let's go back if you do hit no i,don't have photos of myself on this,account and then click next,it takes you all the way back a

two parts to recover in,your account one is a selfie,verification process and the second part,is securing your account and kicking the,hacker out for good now i'm going to,walk you through exactly what to do step,by step okay now first let me explain,what the hacker has done to your account,he has set up two-step authentication,in your account using his phone meaning,his phone is creating codes backup codes,that allows him to get back into your,account even if you change the password,also he has connected his facebook,account to your instagram account these,are two backup methods he's going to use,to get back into your account and try to,stop you from recovering your account,now i'm going to tell you about the,setup you need in order to complete this,process successfully,the first thing you need to do is to,watch this entire video until the end,and possibly multiple times so you know,what you do because you're going to be,in a race with the hacker to secure your,account once you have been confirmed,first of all you need some time on your,hands you don't want to be in a rush,while doing this secondly you need a,separate laptop you need this laptop to,read the email verification codes off,because you can never x out of the,instagram app the second you x out of,the instagram application you are,starting over again the entire process,so don't x out of the instagram,application now let's dive straight into,part one which is creating the video,selfie verification so you're gonna go,to your phone you're gonna go to your,instagram app you're gonna click your,profile picture in the bottom right hand,corner click hold it for a search second,a little menu is gonna pop up and you're,gonna click login or create new account,now you're going to click login to,existing account,then you're going to enter your username,then you're going to click forgot,password,then you're going to click need more,help not the next button,now you're going to arrive at choose a,way to recover your account page and,here you're going to have a couple of,options hopefully your phone number or,your email,and maybe the hacker's phone and email,don't choose the hacker's phone or email,so if you have your phone number there,that's the best option you're gonna,choose that and then you're gonna go on,and hit next,on the next page you're going to have,enter security code this is where you're,going to enter the security code you,received from the text message you're,just going to plot that right in there,without exiting the app after you enter,the security code you got from your,phone number you're going to arrive at,another enter security code page and,this is where the hacker set up your,two-step authentication codes so you're,gonna have to go to the bottom under,confirm and click try another way,after that you're gonna be faced with a,small pop-up menu and at that point,you're gonna select get support,on the next screen you're gonna have a,couple of options,on this page you're going to select my,account was hacked on the next page,you're going to have two options,you're going to select yes i have a,photo of myself in my account even if,you don't have a photo of yourself in,your account if you don't have a photo,of yourself in your account this might,be really hard,on the next screen instagram is going to,ask you how can we reach you,uh,here you need to enter an email that you,can access on your laptop and on your,phone you will find out later why,so you're going to enter that email and,instantly you're going to receive an,email with a new verification code so,now you need to be prepared,you are going to input the verification,code you received in that email,and you're going to hit confirm but as,soon as you hit confirm you need to be,ready to,do the video selfie verification because,it's going to start the second you hit,confirm so you're going to hold your,phone up in front of you kind of like,this like a foot and a half away from it,the lighting needs to be good you need,to remove anything that might be,covering your face,and then you're going to read,the code off the email on your laptop,you're going to plot it in like this and,then hit confirm,and then immediately instagram is going,to snap a picture of you and you're,going to follow the directions they're,giving you with moving your head around,and then once it's done it's going to,say completed and you're going to hit,submit,now after submitting almost immediately,you're going to receive an email that,says,we received your request thanks for,submitting your selfie video we received,this what's up everybody welcome back to XM,media and today I'm going to show you,guys how to get back into your Instagram,if you don't have access to your email,or the phone number associated with the,account,watch,okay,so a lot of people have an issues where,they can't get into their accounts some,people just don't have access to the,email that's associated with account,order phone number associated with the,account so when you initiate the forgot,password sequence they can't send an,email link to you or send a code to your,phone because you don't have access I,did a video before with people who are,getting caught up and get help signing,in Loop I'll put a link to that in the,description if you need help with that,but this question derived from that,video so I'm gonna help you guys get,into your account and hopefully we can,get you guys in we gotta get straight,into it but before we start subscribe,like comment and help us get this,Channel Growing so we can put up more,videos to help you guys out now to hold,you guys any further let's get to the,phone now first thing you want to do is,you want to open up your Instagram,account so when you open up your,Instagram account I'm at a screen where,I don't have an account signed in at all,so if you have multiple accounts put go,to the settings and go to add account,and it'll bring you to this blank page,so when you get to this blank page,obviously we don't know our password and,we don't know how to get in so if you go,ahead and hit forgot password it'll,bring you to this screen and this screen,will probably have a phone number,pre-filled it probably won't,um it varies with different people now,what you want to do is,what we're going to do is going to,delete that phone number so I tried it,with my username before and it didn't,work so I'll try it again so I'll put in,username to one of my accounts,and you you need more help now here's,the problem it'll bring you to this,screen here and all it does is give you,information it doesn't really have,anything for you to accomplish what,you're trying to do so I'll hit done,here so I couldn't get that done that,way so now if you try the phone number,I'm gonna try the phone number here,it need more help you'll see that it,comes up with the accounts that,associated with the phone number so,the thing that you do here is if you,need help logging into one of those,accounts that's listed you will go ahead,and hit that account I'm going to hit,this one just for hahas you hit that,account and now you're going to get a,phone number email address,that's associated for you to help,yourself recover this account now here's,the thing the easiest way to do this is,if you can get to those phone numbers or,you can get to that email account and,do the forgot your password,steps with your email provider that,would be the easiest way to get this,done if you can and you don't have,access to these accounts if you look on,the bottom there's a part that says I,can't access this email or phone number,if you click that link what it does is,it brings you to this request support,page and in this request support page,you will just have to fill everything in,and you have to tell Instagram what's,going on then they probably email you,back and ask you for verification you'll,probably have to send them a picture or,photo ID or something to verify that,it's you but once you do that you can,get back into the account I'm not sure,about the turnaround Instagram but some,people have reported that they've done,this multiple times until Instagram has,responded to them that's about the only,way you can get back into that Instagram,account if you don't have access to the,phone number or the email address I hope,this helps you if it does come back and,let everybody know that it helps,subscribe like the video appreciate you,guys a.m to it in media until next time,okay

hello,so your instagram account got disabled,for no reason,well so did mine,twice,so,in this video i'm going to be explaining,to you,what the steps you can take to get your,account back,so first i want to just tell you guys,what happened,um,about a week ago,my account got disabled randomly,i was actually doing a live i was,playing piano and um i got prompted with,this,um you know confirm it's you to log in,and i thought nothing of it because this,had happened before in the past and i'd,filled it out and you know,my account was fine it never never,vanished i didn't get logged out or,anything,so you know i filled it out um i,verified my number and then,you know it said thanks for providing,your information and,we'll review your info uh if we can,confirm it you'll be able to access your,account within approximately 24 hours so,you know i was like okay,i click done and that's when i was,prompted with a button that said are you,sure you want to log out of your account,and i was like what,like you know why am i getting logged,out and that was the only button that i,could click um so i logged out,and,when i logged out i realized my account,was gone so,i didn't know i didn't know uh what to,think of it um,because i couldn't sign in again and,when i would sign in it would just be,like the same thing thanks for providing,your info,and my friends started messaging me,telling me that like my account was just,just vanished and some said like in our,dms if they clicked on it would just say,instagram user,so um i was pretty worried at this,moment i was like what why is this,happening you know i didn't break any,rules you know i followed tos and,everything,so,that's why i started like looking this,up online,and when you know when you look these,things up online you you,it's pretty scary to like read the,things that have happened to people you,know let me read and i just started like,my heart just kind of sank i was like oh,my goodness this is like really really,sad you know all these people losing,their accounts and stuff so i was like,am i even gonna get my account back,and so,after um,i decided to wait 24 hours so i waited,24 hours,and,then when i tried to sign in after 24,hours i was prompted with a thing saying,your account has been disabled for,violating our terms,and i was like what what did i violate,you know they i was never told like what,terms i violated because i'm pretty sure,i didn't i didn't violate any terms uh,you know i followed tos like i said,before so,um,so then i filled out the form and,you know i fill out this form and you,know within like,a few minutes i was able to get my,account back,so,i just,now being on um ios this was very this,was very easy um to do,but for you guys who are on android um,this can be pretty challenging because,you know i was trying to i tried to sign,on my android you know to see like if i,if if i would get a different prompt or,anything uh when you try and sign in on,android you will not get a prompt like,that it'll just say like account not,found i'm pretty sure so um i have uh,put the link the form you have to fill,out in the description,and um,if you try and fill it out and it says,like you're doing things too quickly,you've been like rate limited um i would,i would wait 24 hours and then try again,but,yeah that's that's basically what i did,and um you know when you write the when,you write the appeal form i'll make sure,to describe exactly what happened you,know um let them know you did nothing,wrong because you know it's just so,random,and um,you know that that's that's about it so,i'm not gonna i'm not gonna like,say there's i mean there might be other,methods to get your account back but i,feel like this is this is this was the,easiest for me um though i did have to,wait 24 hours before i was able to fill,out the form,um,but other than that yeah so,that's my advice i have for you guys,if you have any questions,uh feel free to send me a dm on,instagram um or email me,and,yeah,there you go guys have an amazing day i,hope this video helped
