random online Instagram store and,if you guys can remember Jackie and I,had massive success when we did it and,we loved all of our stores but today we,decided to do a little hunting on the,stores that you guys suggested to us so,we are going to investigate and decide,after we try on all of these clothes,whether we think they are trash or,Treasures let's begin welcome to Lucy in,the Sky they are an LA based clothing,brand and they have over 470 000,followers on Instagram like AKA jealous,and I'm rocking the cutest stinking,dress this is the Odessa baby doll mesh,mini dress sixty dollars not too bad I,just feel like a freaking little cutie,we look like we look like a little witch,rocket yeah that's cute so the thing,about losing this guy I've actually seen,their brand before anytime I was,searching for a specific kind of dress,their website was always kind of just,popping up as one of the many dress,Brands out there let me just tell you so,much of their stuff is popular like it's,sold out a lot of the time or like,certain sizes you've got to order fast,which just says that like girls all,around the world really like their dress,I will say any Instagram that says like,for the party girls would usually turn,me away because I'd be like ah it's not,my vibe but I will say that I was,pleasantly surprised I didn't have like,a visceral negative reactions that's how,I can tell okay I didn't hate it I'm,obsessed like for this dress to be 60,which normally I feel like I see dresses,like this for like 120 usually it has,the Dual layer it has this cute little,lining underneath like a slip and then,it's got this cute like striped little,material I love like a little baby doll,yeah whatever this is called like sleeve,and I love the length it's just fitting,really short which is perfect for the,tall girl like me I'm pretty happy with,the quality like I I expected it to be,good quality and it is good quality so,this is the McKenzie satin two piece,that I'm in it is 85 it's still a little,bit on the pricier side but for not,being like overly fast fashion being,more like boutique style yeah it's fine,because at least I know it's gonna last,because the quality is really good I,will say it is sitting a bit weird like,it's just the sizing a little bit off,but if I'm spending 85 bucks and I know,this is gonna last me a while and I,immediately I'm like ooh Coachella 2023,you know I would totally spend the extra,money to get this fitted exactly to my,body because this is a good set and it's,also a set I could wear easily,separately I'm feeling good about this,so far like I already strongly want to,give a treasure I mean I would,definitely give my outfit a treasure I'd,give your outfit a treasure too there,are some questionable things on there,but I do think thing I'm wearing it's 49 bucks,which if you think about it that's not,expensive the quality is not great but,it's not terrible oh that's actually a,nice feeling yeah and it's a shotgun,it's not supposed to be super thick and,then the pants are 37. the pants you can,see underwear right through it again,it's just giving forever 21. quality,wise not to say that that's a bad thing,because I like Forever 21 and 37 bucks,it's not that far off from a Forever 21,price but I will say they are great they,make my butt look really good yeah let,me see oh so cute right absolutely when,I heard this store was based in Arizona,it kind of made more sense to me because,this just strikes me as like young,college Arizona,inexpensive party girl looks like a lot,of the stuff was sold out which told me,like okay people are at least really,into this look really into this style,it's like kind of like a little bit more,expensive but it's not something that if,you were in college you couldn't afford,necessarily it was very much not,necessarily

Hey guys!,Andrew from Thinkific here.,Today, we’re gonna be talking about how to use Instagram to promote your online course.,Check it out!,Alright, so we get questions every single day about how do you best promote your course,and there are tons of freeways that you’re gonna be able to promote your course to make,sure that you engage your users and attract more and more and more users every single,day.,So today, we’re going to talk about Instagram.,We talked a lot about Facebook but Instagram especially if you have a course that have,very visual content.,So, maybe you’re teaching about cooking or about exercise or about you know flying,drones.,All of this contents has the potential to be really good in a visual social media platforms,,like Instagram.,So today, we’re going to talk about tips and tricks for you to be able to grow your,audience on Instagram and make sure that that audience is being driven back to your online,course that you could be making some money as well.,And then we’re gonna be jumping in and showing you two examples of users on thinkific, with,really really good Instagram account.,So you can learn from what they’re doing it and apply it to your courses also.,So the first thing that you need to do is,create great content.,Instagram is all about wonderful content.,You always say, content is king on Instagram and especially for Instagram, its visual content,that’s really going to make you stand out.,So, you might say, I don’t know, maybe I don’t really have a visual course.,I am teaching something about workouts and and maybe to me that’s not really visual,course.,The tip I want to give you is to be able to look at your course, but not what you’re,selling, but what you can be producing.,And GoPro does a terrific job at that.,If you end up going to GoPros Instagram account, you’ll be able to see they don’t really,take images of.,Hey! here’s the actual product I’m selling and here’s the camera where you can buy,at which could be equivalent to your course.,But at the end they say, you know what you can do with a GoPro.,They show amazing footage that you can get and the result of using their product and,that’s exactly what you can do as well.,You can take your course content and start flipping into different visuals.,So, again if you’re in an exercise field for example, maybe you show different shots,of hikes that you’re able to do once you achieve your kind of workout goals or think,about being able to actually take a small little video teaser of an actual exercise,that your training.,You know we have course creators doing hula-hoop exercising on thinkific.,Being able to do a really short video on Instagram.,Instagram takes videos that you be able to do a video and show a move that you’re going,to be teaching in a later course.,So, great opportunity for you to do there, but just dive in and think about content that’s,exciting.,And you don’t always have to make that content by yourself.,Absolutely not once you build a following you’d be able to jump out and start creating,that content back from your users.,So, you can create contest, you can create hashtags and say…,You know what, hashtag my workout and made your carrying comments back from all your,other users about what kind of workout their doing or what kind of heights they were able,to achieve on the weekend.,So start carrying information back from your users as well.,It will really help you make sure that you’re feeling that content.,Also, when in doubt motivational quotes work wonderfully on Instagram.,So, if you’re kind of feeling like you don’t really know what to do, you’ve done a lot,videos and images of other content.,Throw in some motivational quotes you know we’ve done one specifically.,Your knowledge and experience is worth more than you realize and it worked out so well,on our Instagram feed.,You can always check out our own Instagram account as well so just Instagram and then,thinkific is our handle.,Actually will be able to check that out but those kind of quotes is really with the foundation,of where Instagram came about.,People love sharing those and I’ll show you a little bit later on and how you can,use post like that to engage other users as well.,But make sure you’re just creating really cool and fun content and if you have any questions,,but what you want to create, messages us or leave a comment on this video.,We can talk through some of the ideas to create really good engaging content for yourself.,So now that you’ve created all this,really cool content.,You want to make sure that you’re releasing it out to your users and kind of a regular,basis.,You want that expectation to be laid down.,You don’t bombard them with 10 different images and then disappear for two weeks.,There are tools that can help you know later gram which is now re-branded to later can,absolutely help you searched them and they are just a scheduling program that can allow,you to scheduled out when your Instagram post would be put out.,We use it, so

so how do you get more clients as an,online fitness coach and personal,trainer that seems to be the big,question that everyone's asking these,days let me tell you it's actually,easier than you think and in today's,video I'm going to be simplifying the,process for you but first you have to,understand this one simple framework,your income as an online fitness coach,is directly tied to the amount of people,you talk to per day if you talk to more,people the chances are you're going to,get more clients so your goal every,single day is to start a conversation,with one to three new people per day why,because your income is directly tied to,the amount of people you talk to per day,you have to remember as a business owner,you are in the game of sales and sales,is just a numbers game ultimately we,want to get to the point in business,where we we can reverse engineer the,process and ask the question how many,people did we have to talk to in order,to get one sale when you're able to,break things down like this you're able,to see things more clearly and the road,to getting more clients is less,cluttered and confused and you know that,all you need to do is talk to a certain,amount of people per day in order to,make a sale however one of the biggest,challenge that coaches and trainers have,right now is that they don't have that,many people to talk to per day well that,is a false belief and in today's video,I'm going to share with you exactly why,that is so here's how the whole process,works it starts with posting content,online you can't start ending,conversations if you're not posting,content the whole point of you posting,on social media is to get engagement now,engagement is a like a comment a share a,follow or a say,that's a whole point of posting now when,you get engagement from the content that,you post it's now going to be your job,to initiate conversations with everyone,who engaged with your posts let's say,for example I just posted a new reel on,my Instagram page and I got a few likes,and a few comments from people that I've,never seen before that's outside of the,people that I follow and that follow me,the next step that I'm going to be doing,is going to that individual's profile,page and I'm going to creep on their,profile I'm going to ask myself the,question of okay is this a person that I,think would be a good fit for my,coaching program if the answer is yes,you want to reach out to this person and,thank them for engaging with your posts,or commenting on your post or giving you,a follow on your page whenever you get a,new like comment or follow that should,be your indication that the person that,is engaging with your posts wants to,know a little bit more about you and,about your coaching program especially,if what you just posted has anything to,do with weight loss or getting into,shape therefore them engaging with us,first gives us permission to reach out,to them in the DMS so here's the thing,you only engage with people that you,think would be a good fit for your,coaching program if the guy in India is,commenting and liking all your photos on,Instagram you don't have to engage with,him because he's not the idea client for,your page now when you're in the DM,thank them for the like thank them for,the comment thank them for the,engagement thank them for the follow ask,if they're currently on a fitness,journey and if they need any help if,they answered yes the next step you want,to do is ask if it will be okay if you,share with them exactly how to blank,reach their goal right so if their goal,is weight loss if exactly how to lose,the weight exactly how to count your,Macros exactly how to build the booty,burn the fat build your arms Etc chances,are they're going to say yes immediately,and they're going to be thrilled that,you even asked to help them the next,thing you want to do is book a call with,this person ask for two different days,and two different times if they're,available preferably in the morning and,in the evening the next step is to ask,for their cell and their email address,and let them know that you want to send,them a calendar invite you send them a,calendar invite and then boom just like,that you booked your first call now when,it comes time to take the call I want,you to approach a call as if it were a,mini consultation you're not supposed to,be selling on the call at all at all do,not try and sell on the call the only,thing you're supposed to be doing is,gathering information,understanding what the client's goals,are understanding what the client's,challenges are and seeing if it's a good,fit for them to be a part of your,coaching program and then also they're,seeing if you're a good fit for you to,be their coach hi guys it's wayne mcmaster here in this,video i wanted to talk to you about,basically how you can see when your,instagram followers,are online like what times of the day,and what days,so you can better choose when to post,and reach those people,now one thing i will note in this is,it's not necessarily all about posting,when people are online but you also want,to be,engaging around this time as well but,uh yeah basically it's a pretty,straightforward process so let's get to,it,now when you're actually on your profile,all you need to do,is go to the insights button that's,right in the center there underneath,your profile and press,that now this will bring up,sort of your basic insights what we're,going to do is go across to the audience,tab by clicking pressing there on,audience,and you'll notice we've got a bit of,information here which you might find,useful,so uh obviously we've got like growth,people who have unfollowed and followed,that sort of thing uh top location so,new york is the top location followed by,los angeles singapore age range people,those 35 to 44,uh seem to be the main people on this uh,profile gender 90 men 10 women,so any information that you could,possibly use to better work with your,audience but right,down the bottom is the information that,we're looking for,so where it says followers you'll see,here on mondays,it's actually we've got between 3am and,12 p.m is actually quite,uh quite busy i can actually press on,the bar,and i'll get the numbers showing that,basically 9 a.m,is pretty much the busiest period on,monday but if i go across,press the arrows 6 am we're even busier,on tuesdays so we're up about 30 people,there,wednesday up again,at 6 00 am thursdays so you basically,cycle through these days so thursday at,6 00 a.m is an incredibly busy time,as is saturday at 6 00 a.m sunday,monday so you can't you sort of tend you,can see here that between 3 a.m and 12,p.m,is our busiest periods here on this,particular page,but basically you can just go through,and see the hours now if i go to days,you can also see the actual busiest day,so,that's the top button here which says,hours and days,basically the busiest days are wednesday,thursday and sunday,whereas monday tuesday friday and,saturday seem to be sort of,a bit lower so this is a just a very,nifty little tool if you're looking to,find out when the best times of posts,are,6 p.m is obviously a very definitely not,the best time to post but um it's very,handy for you to know,that information if you click on the,information,button next to followers you get a,little bit of run down there but,that's basically it nice and simple,heading into your insights and just,basically,seeing those hours and that way you can,choose,and better plan your time to jump on,instagram and engage with people as well,as uh,yeah reach more people now you do need,at least 100 followers to access this,information,but um it's very easy fairly easy to,reach 100 people,um if you're just sort of putting in the,effort engaging that sort of thing,bit of time and you'll get that in no,time and once you're ready you can go,into your insights and,find out the information so just a quick,video for you today i hope you found,that useful,if you want more videos like this please,consider subscribing,also if you like the video please give,it a like otherwise i hope to see you,again soon and have a great day,see you later,you
