first thing I'm going to,do is show you how you can access and,change your handle and it's important to,note that you can come in here anytime,and change a handle to whatever you want,as long as it's available on Instagram,and within the character limit so let me,show you where you can change your,handle right now,so as I'm walking you through this,lecture you can do it in real time and,by the end of the lecture we'll have a,finalized handle perfect for your,account ok so now I'm in here on the,profile page of my Instagram account you,can tell us my profile page because you,can see all my details and it's also the,fifth tab along the bottom if you want,to get there yourself the one with the,person icon so what I'm gonna do now is,go click this gear icon in the top right,because this other screen,there you go and you can see that saved,just click edit profile if you want to,come in and try something else the best,way to come up with your handle is,really straightforward and simply to use,your business name all your personal,name as your handle for example if your,own a pizza shop and the pizza stores,name is Mike's pizza try and get Mike's,pizza as your Instagram handle it's,really easy for people to search and,look up it's also really easy for you to,tell people to follow you on Instagram,so in front of you I've given you an,example demonstrating that the simpler,the handle is to explain the better the,handle so my business name is Benji blue,and the best handle for me would be at,Benji or at Benji blue spelled correctly,and as you can see I've given a few,examples of variations that get further,and further away from what I want,instead of putting random numbers or,letters or spaces inside your handle to,make sure it fits your business name,I've given you here the most popular and,the best tweaks to your name that you,can use on Instagram and still come up,in search results and make it still,really easy to explain when you're,telling people his,hands ultimately you know saved my my,nephew's life and got him a chance to,even make it to the hospital the,hospital staff I mean everybody has,truly been you know great in just,helping us to deal with this tragedy and,you'll ultimately get us to this this,Finish Line like I was telling my nephew,the other day you know Monday night he,was my nephew by the end of the week he,was America's nephew and I really mean,that so I'm truly thankful for,everybody's prayers and continued,support what did he say when you said,that I just started smiling and it made,me smile and I smiled all week so it was,truly a blessing to witness that,that smile that you've heard Dorian,Glenn reference there I that's something,that all of us around this Hospital,campus have started doing and when it,comes to this family there were some,serious dark days early on this week uh,Glenn telling me that uh there was a a,chance that one point this would have,gone a completely different direction so,the roller coaster of emotion is,something that uh that this Hamlin,family uh certainly has been feeling uh,throughout the last several days in,terms of today I'm still gathering,information to find out whether Demar,Hamlin will be able to watch the Bills,Patriots game because he's in the ICU,that that makes matters a little more,challenging in terms of getting the the,TVs and projectors set up for him his,family has had a nice setup of a,conference room uh kind of off to the,side so that they can avoid other,people's families who are who are in the,ICU because again this isn't just this,one family dealing with this there are,so many others who are who have their,own uh medical concerns right now in,this building as well so the family has,been good about staying away giving,those people their privacy and their,space as well but that being said the,the hospital and the bills are working,on something to make sure that Demar can,watch his teammates today Randy it's,incredible it really is and his uncle,Echoes the sentiment of a nation that,does think of him as family here and,saying man we haven't smiled in a week,finally something to smile about Miss,Coley Harvey with us from the what's up guys,welcome back to my youtube channel if,you're new here my name is jess i'm the,owner of socialquest media,and i give you tips on youtube instagram,anything social media marketing,entrepreneurship,and lifestyle as well so welcome and,i'm super excited about this tutorial so,if you see below,you will see my instagram handle and how,it is animated,i'm going to teach you how you can do,this using your macbook so using,imovie canva and keynote,it's a lot simpler than you may think so,let's go ahead and dive into the,tutorial,okay guys we are in canva now and what i,did,was typed in instagram post because this,is the,template i like to use pretty basic so i,click,create blank instagram post,and we will be in here okay,so now what you want to do since you,have this square,you're going to want to go to elements,and then click the shape so you want to,click the square here,and you can resize it,like it to be about this and i move it,down to the bottom corner here,make it a little long now it can be,whatever color,you want i'm most likely going to change,that but it's nice to have a color there,so,you can see what you're doing and then,you want to go to,elements again type in instagram,and use one of these stickers here so,i'm going to use the standard one here,make it smaller,it's smaller and bring it down here,okay now i'm going to click text,add a heading and type,my instagram handle,i'm gonna bring it down over here make,it bigger,maybe change the text,make it bold change the color here,to white,okay okay,so now that i have this made what i'm,gonna do now is click,download and click transparent,background okay so now i have just,opened up keynote,and what we're gonna do is make the,transition so the first thing you want,to do is go over here to document,go down to slide size custom slide size,and make it 1280 and 720 which,are the dimensions for your youtube,video,okay so the next thing that you want to,do is go over to format,and change the background to,a green kind of like a green screen next,we're going to go to media and choose,and upload that instagram handle,and we're going to move it down here,into the corner,now here comes the fun part this is,where we're going to animate,so you're going to click on the handle,here and then click animate in this top,right corner,click build in effect so,the effect we're going to click is move,in,it's a little fast so what i'm going to,do is increase the duration,and unclick the bounce because i don't,want there to be a bounce there i'm,going to increase it to about five,seconds,and then you can click preview,okay i like how that looks so now what,i'm going to do is click action and,build another effect on top of that,so click add an effect and i'm going to,add a pop,so that pop is a little too big for me,so i'm going to,bring down the scale and i have the,duration at 40 seconds,next you want to do a build out effect,so that it slides,back so we're going to do move out,and i want it to go from right to left,and we're going to increase that to 5,seconds and,unclick bounce,now what you want to do is click the,build order and,on the second one you want it to go,after build,and the same with this one go after,build two and we can preview that,so i want there to be a delay when this,comes out so for,pop i put the delay for two seconds and,for the instagram handle move out,for three seconds so it stays on the,screen for a little bit longer,okay so now that i have done my,animation i'm ready to save it and,export it so you're gonna go to,file,export to click movie,click next and save,your video okay so i have uploaded,our animation and what we're going to do,is click it and drag it over,the media we want it to appear on you'll,see here,that it is green so what you're going to,do is,go over here and click the two squares,and then on the drop down menu click,green,blue screen and that's going to make,your video appear,so then you just want to resize this a,bit until it shows up,so there we go and then at the ending,here as well,okay so you can move this around,anywhere you'd like,and this is how it's going to be what's up guys I'm Jake and this is the,story about how I got the Instagram,handle at jelly house for my video,company so a little backstory I used to,have the Instagram handle at jelly house,Pro and I always kind of hated it,because it wasn't the actual jelly house,name that I wanted so back in September,of 2019 I set out on a mission to get,the handle at jelly house and this is,how I did it the first thing I did was,find the original at jelly house user on,Instagram upon clicking on his profile I,realized he only had six followers and,his first and only post was super blurry,picture and it was from 2013 this was,pretty discouraging because it made me,realize it was definitely an inactive,user and that getting a hold of him,himself was gonna be nearly impossible,regardless of this I still deemed him on,September 30th and got no response the,one key factor here is that the guy,actually had his real name in the bio,and his name was Mateus gareki so a,couple weeks went by and the next thing,I did was go to the six people that,followed this account and I followed all,them and then sent them all messages,seeing if they could get me in touch,with Mateus I patiently waited for,responses and I got nothing and a few,months went by and I honestly just kind,of gave up on it there is nothing like,no forward progress at all so I decided,to turn into Joe from you and I had to,find this guy so I did some research,about this guy's name and found out that,it's actually a Polish name so I went,back to my original DMS and I put all of,those games into Google Translate and,translate it into polish and then I,resent them I was hoping that maybe the,Polish messages would catch their,attention more because at least for me I,know if someone sent me a message in a,different language I definitely would,they get spam I should also mention,during this time I did some research on,other possible ways to get and already,taken Instagram from someone and I went,ahead and tried a couple different,method the first thing I did was submit,an impersonation form directly to,Instagram and like a week went by and,then I got a denial message from them,saying that I couldn't get the account,so then after that I looked up some,sketchy Instagram accounts that said,they could take any Instagram name that,you,didn't give it to you but I quickly nope,doubt of that one so with my polish,messages having no luck I decided to go,to LinkedIn so I signed up for a 60,dollar premium LinkedIn account just so,I could send unlimited messages to all,these dudes named Mateus gareki to my,surprise there's actually like hundreds,of dudes named Mateus correctly in,Poland so I went ahead and messaged,every single one of them I began to,actually get some responses from these,guys but a lot of messages went,something like this finally I got a,response from one of my shittily English,to Polish translated DMS on Instagram,this girl replied and she gave me a,screenshot of his supposed Facebook page,so I instantly went on a Facebook and,looked at Mateus gareki and then matched,the profile pictures together then I,spam this dude with like wave emojis,English messages more shittily,translated messages just in hopes that,he would reply and of course no messages,at all no replies back from this Mateus,and I kept feeling like I was getting so,close and then like another obstacle,would just come in the way so then I had,to get even crazier and I went to his,Facebook pictures and found every single,person that had ever liked one of his,pictures and went to their profiles,friend requested them and then messaged,all of them the same thing then finally,on February 16th at 4:15 p.m.,this girl replied to my message and it,turns out that this girl was actually,Mateus his ex-girlfriend and she told me,that she would send him a message,lo and behold like five minutes later,the real Mateus correct he replied to me,and from here on out it actually went,pretty smoothly like I had this whole,business pitch plan and I was gonna like,offer this dude money to get the account,and he was super easy about it he just,said yeah I'll change the name and give,it over to you,well Instagram has this policy that once,you change your username you have a 14,day grace period where you can change it,back to what you originally ad so with,that I ain't asleep waited 14 days so,that I could acquire that jelly house,and even though it was 14 days away I,was checking every couple hours even,like 10 days out just in case then,finally on March 1st at 4:23 p.m. I,officially changed the Instagram name,from at jelly house Pro to at jelly,house so that's my story thank you for,listening and follow at jelly house for,more videos peace

of,social media in fairness I don't,actually know what to call it there but,the dark web of social media feels right,genuinely I had no idea how vast how,many people are involved and how many,things could be done inside this like,micro economy also filming this episode,I kind of felt like a reporter from vice,news,so vice if you like this please call me,I'd love to make more so I thought I,would do a deep dive on everything I've,learned in the dark web of social media,here we go money fluff people steal,trust nobody and everybody at the scenes,make friends and try your best to keep,them don't lose your cool and lastly,don't forget any of the rules we'll go,over them I've been able to make some,pretty incredible things happen with,social media from growing Instagram,accounts to Heights I never ever thought,I could to buying and selling some of,the most valuable Instagram user names,in the entire platform you can buy,verification on any platform anyone you,can build box you can get scammed you,can buy in self pretty much any username,you've ever wanted you can find someone,who can hack anything you've ever wanted,and lastly meeting the Facebook and,Instagram and telling them what I did to,be very clear though you guys are sure,that you're ok with this they know all,of this so as we always do on if Kent,can let's start all the way the,beginning two years ago I was asked to,be in a movie by my friends Erin and Ian,the movie was called internet kids and,this was one of the coolest experiences,in my entire life,the movie starred myself and another,youtuber Elena fender the content,and not the teacher so it's not about,these crazy meetups it's about the,videos these people actually make so at,least for me it was always my dream to,be flown out to YouTube,I think all my other small youtube,creators out there have definitely,experienced that wish and this was,actually my dream come true,this was everything I've ever wanted and,then I got an email it was Facebook the,Facebook email me Kent kept Kent this,guy so after my minor freakout we email,back and forth we ended up working into,kind of a deal not like a brand deal,just like a just a general like friend,friend deal where they said hey Kent,we're launching a new live streaming,feature on Facebook would you be willing,to use it and I said sure so it ended,with I'm gonna livestream on the red,carpet and backstage at buffer festival,and they would let me do that looking,back I wish I'd asked for more but you,know whatever and for reference this is,when Facebook was just launching,live-streaming so I'm pretty sure that,the feature I would have had was before,anyone else had actually so the deal was,they had to verify my Facebook page so,that the live streaming feature could be,unlocked I was like I got 600 followers,this is the best day of my life so I did,it I did those two live streams so the,event end,and as I was heading home I made sure to,do the one thing my mother always taught,me to do follow up and as I did that a,conversation just kind of started to,flow between myself in facebook and then,randomly one day I was added to this,secret Facebook group actually it's,called video creators on Facebook and,this group had some of the absolute,craziest and largest creators on the,entire internet in it I don't know how I,got added to this this Facebook group is,where things really started to get,interesting Facebook started to update,us about all the new features that were,coming out like three to four days,before they would update anyone else and,some of the people in the group actually,started to get those updates on their,Facebook account or their Instagram,account or wherever the new features,were but but not mine and I I just I had,to know why so after I did some digging,on this group I realized that everyone,else in this Facebook group was well,verified on all their social media that,was just like kind of the type of people,that were in this group essentially,Facebook and Instagram already had the,pe

so welcome to the work on Wellness,podcast this week I'm joined with Mel or,by mail my good friend and Malby the dog,here that you can see him,being friendly,um so I just wanted to chat to you today,about obviously your background,um you are a a yoga instructor,um you do a lot of stuff in like,wellness space and that's obviously what,the podcast is about so um tell me a,little bit about your back story so how,did you first get into yoga so first,started when I was at University okay,and,bit Graham was The Craze at the moment,and there was deals for going to the,studio my friends were super active they,were like let's go try it out what's,background Hot Yoga,um super hot yoga a very rigid sequence,you follow a set sequence every single,time it's just a school of yoga certain,School of yoga that I don't practice,anymore why not,um just don't have been too hot so you,moved to Dubai instead you just do it on,the beach yeah I uh I like that linear,way of moving to begin with,and actually that's a lie at the very,start I did not get yoga at all in,savasana I was lying giggling at the end,like,we've maybe making my dinner,um and then just the more I practiced I,found different styles and I really like,the flow like a more fluid way of moving,rather than boom boom boom boom,um so yeah that's when I went on like,the Vinyasa route,it's it's quite an interesting topic for,people that haven't done yoga there's a,lot of different types on there like I,went to my girlfriend took me to you we,must have told you this when we were,traveling she took us to this Kundalini,Yoga class and his is nuts like I'm sure,he was high on something like long flowy,hair and he had us like doing these,weird like movements and like breathing,work and stuff and it was just crazy I,love uh I've done Kundalini maybe once,or twice now and I love it if you let go,of that part in the mind like what is,this and if you release the Judgment oh,hello Melby,it's um if you fully embrace it it's a,wonderful release it's strong breath,work repetitive movement you go deeper,deeper deeper and it's like I was,exhausted after oh yeah mostly from like,keeping my laughter in but,I've cried yeah,so what what's the one that you do now,vinyatta mainly Vinyasa is like the,fluid way of movement traditionally it's,one pose per breath so one movement with,every breath so that would obviously be,a really rapid flow as yoga or as the,years have went,um past many teachers have interpreted,yoga in a different way so that you can,all just add your own little bit of,flavor and spice to the way you teach,them the way you like to move,um Maine's very expansive free movement,everyone's welcomed in the space as well,like I really encourage the yogis to,interpret the way I've showed you,you interpret in your way so often,clothes that close the eyes see what,feels good for you rather than with the,eyes open look into everyone else,comparing yourself to others judging,yourself for what you look like I'm the,worst of that I'm so unflexible so I am,always there feeling like my movements,are just like awkward I kind of it's,kind of put me off a few times actually,um as like a beginner,person,um so how do you cope with the different,levels of people's ability,so give variations always so you always,have like,but also encourage people to go outside,their comfort zones,um be okay with falling because that's,the only way you're ever going to learn,so often the biggest barrier is in the,mind,so I get people excusing themselves like,you've just said,so inflexible I'm the most inflexible,person you'll ever meet I'm like I,personally didn't come to yoga to,improve my flexibility for me it's much,more than that the experience and what,you get from the room,so please don't excuse your ability,because there is no good or bad everyone,every version of yourself like the,version of myself that I've taken into,that room to teach and to practice,I've been at the lowest Parts the,highest parts,tired hungover,um yeah just be you and accept you,throughout it and most of the time they,surprise themselves there was a guy that,came in early like this morning actually,this is my first time to yoga and I was,like make yourself comfortable and if,this is your first time to yoga and your,100th time to yoga please be kind to,yourself,so rather than the,my balance isn't there oh I feel so,inflexible,if this sometimes I get that when,they're falling over I'm like laugh,laugh it off like ah this meet this is,me love and embrace it,yeah oh so let's just take it back a,second so you said you started,um doing at University started going to,yoga yeah and then you moved country,yeah so what was your like when did this,become your career your passion,um,so the practice became deeper in Spain,when I moved to Barcelona it was a,weekly thing so when I was in Scotland,it was a,I'll try different classes different,Studios I'll do the community things a,few things and then in Barcelona I,signed up to a yoga studio and went,
