send us a selfie video to prove,you own the account every time i would,ask facebook how do i submit a selfie,video they literally said we don't know,after trial and error and hitting many,different options on instagram we,figured it out we got it and we're gonna,show you how you can recover your,account by taking a selfie video with,the instagram app verify you own the,account and you can get it back now the,negative is,my account is still hacked but i'll tell,you why you see i'm a photographer i,travel all over my instagram feed has no,photos of this face,on the instagram account you can you through it here we go you want,to go to add a new account,then that you want to click add a new,account and go to login to existing,account,and we are just going to jump right in,and type our username so i'm going to,walk you through this what i do for mine,jared quack bush,now this is my account that's still,hacked but i'm going to click forgot,password,now,you see where it says trouble logging in,enter your username or email and we'll,send you a link to get your account back,the problem is the link goes to the,email of the hacker not mine so we are,going to not click the next button which,is ridiculous because when you look at,this it makes you think oh let's click,the big blue button that says next no i,want you to click underneath that that,says need more help let's go,now you're going to see two accounts pop,up or your account pop up for me i have,my business account which is my personal,brand account jared quackenbush the one,i run it all through and then i have a a,private one that i've used just pictures,of my kids and food so you're going to,select the account,then,here's the crazy thing,the two phone numbers there are mine,but the email is there is the hacker not,mine but i'm going to send myself a,security code which you probably have,already done this before but don't worry,this is good news so we want to send,ourselves a security code,then we're going to type that in,boom confirm,now,this is where we get to the selfie video,next it wants you to enter your security,code which the hacker set up two-step,authentication so i can't so we are,going to go down to the bottom and click,try another way,now you're met with three options use,backup code,get support visit help center,we're going to click get support,a new page of options now i'm going to,click,my account was hacked,now i'm also going to click do you have,photos of yourself on your account yes,or no now i do have photos of myself in,my account but it's not until back in,like,the beginning of 2020 end of 2019 i have,photos of this face i just think the,the ai isn't going back that far which,really stinks or if they if the ai was,able to go to tagged photos,if you would see a two parts to recover in,your account one is a selfie,verification process and the second part,is securing your account and kicking the,hacker out for good now i'm going to,walk you through exactly what to do step,by step okay now first let me explain,what the hacker has done to your account,he has set up two-step authentication,in your account using his phone meaning,his phone is creating codes backup codes,that allows him to get back into your,account even if you change the password,also he has connected his facebook,account to your instagram account these,are two backup methods he's going to use,to get back into your account and try to,stop you from recovering your account,now i'm going to tell you about the,setup you need in order to complete this,process successfully,the first thing you need to do is to,watch this entire video until the end,and possibly multiple times so you know,what you do because you're going to be,in a race with the hacker to secure your,account once you have My Instagram Got Hacked 2022/ How I Got My Hacked Instagram Account Back No Email, No Phone Number

hey guys welcome back to my channel it's,megan larson and,today i am going to be talking about how,my instagram account just got hacked a,week ago today,and i'm going to tell you how i got it,back,and,a little bit about that i'm going to try,to get to it so you guys can,figure,you guys can know how i did it in case,you're watching this video because your,account got hacked so a week ago took me,a whole week to get back into my account,and,my instagram account was hacked and they,changed my email they changed my phone,number,and,i was not able to get back in because,they changed that,and i've never got an email that allowed,me to revert the change on the email,you're supposed to receive an email if,your,email gets changed so that way if you,did not make those changes you're,supposed to be able to revert it and i,never got that email i checked my,deleted messages i checked everywhere,and it was nowhere to be found,so i think the hacker must have done,something to,make it that way i'm not really sure,i just never was given that option,so,everyone was telling me that you're,supposed to be able to take a video,selfie to get back into your instagram,account so if you have a personal page,or,a page where or your account has like,pictures of you or videos of you you're,supposed to be able to take a video,selfie of yourself,and submit it to the instagram support,team and they are supposed to be able to,just verify that yes that's you you,match the person on the account and get,back into your account,so first of all my phone did not give me,the option where it says need more help,so right under your username and,password,where you enter it in to log into your,instagram right under that most people,have a little blue link that says,need more help so you're supposed to be,able to click on that to,get help if your account's been hacked,or you can't log into your instagram for,whatever reason so my phone never had,that blue link for this whole entire,week it never showed up,so i,was like what in the world how do i get,to support them there was no other way i,tried everything,so i deleted my instagram app and,redownloaded it i did this a couple,times i even deleted my instagram app,as well as turn off my phone then turn,it back on and then re-download the,instagram app i think along the lines,that did help me somewhat to get to,different places that i wasn't able to,before deleting the app because after,that at some point i was able to reach,some of the support forms and get there,somehow,so that could also help you,but before i continue i do want to say,that,everyone's,hack story is different so how one,person gets their account back is not,necessarily going to be,how you get your account back is what i,found really quickly i did a lot of,research tried to do it quickly because,i didn't know if the hacker could delete,my account or what could happen,but come to find out you can most likely,get your account recovered also if it,has been deleted by the hacker,so i was just trying to hurry i was,doing lots of research watching lots of,youtube videos and my best,recommendation is to watch the most,recent youtube videos of accounts being,hacked because things are constantly,changing with instagram and facebook and,just so you guys know if you don't,instagram and facebook are the same,they're they're owned by the same person,so,um you want to make sure that you're,watching the most recent youtube videos,because those are going to be the most,helpful i watched so many videos,that were how i got my instagram back in,2022 and we're like just into 2022 so i,thought okay this is great 2022.,but things have changed already since,the beginning of 2022 with instagram and,facebook and how you can reach them so a,lot of the videos were not working for,me so i was getting really frustrated i,was like why is this not working,so two days i kept deleting my app kept,trying things i searched high and low,for any way to contact facebook and,instagram like any email i could get i,tried so many emails that were no longer,working emails for facebook and,instagram i tried to contact,um facebook chat uh 🔑 How I Recovered my Hacked Instagram Account in 2022 (SIMPLE Method🔓)

Hey what's going on people, Welcome to the "Freetrepreneurs" channel.,Today's video is a different video. I am going to show you how my Instagram,account was hacked; basically, I got walked into a scam, and then how I,recovered it. Because people think today with Instagram changes, you cannot,recover an Instagram account but you can. If you get hacked in 2020, you can still,recover your account. I built this account, if you head,over to @lions.royal. I built this account to 143,000,followers, and then basically someone reached out, this guy. If you click,on scammers, basically on the account, if you click here on scammers, you'll see,this guy. Basically, you see the nice pictures, the luxury pictures, those,are all fake. It's a scammer so don't walk into,his trap. Now, I'm going to show you what messages he sent, I am going to show you,how he walked me into a scam, and I'm going to show you how I recovered it. So if,you account gets, if you get into a scam, you can still recover your account.,Here are the steps: in 2020, there is a different way to recover your account,on Instagram. Instagram before they had, if you head over to Instagram, you,open your Instagram application on the phone; this is my phone that you have on,this right side, underneath the username and password what you will,have a "Get help signing in" sort of button. You click on that and you will,find it here. Now, what happens is that when your Instagram get,hacked, or basically when hackers access your Instagram they will change the,username, they will change the password, they will change the phone number, they,will change the email associated. So basically, inserting the old username, email,and password wouldn't really work. Let's say, for example, your,username is this. This is your old username, what you do is that you type,your username, even if they have changed your username because when these people,accessed my account, they change to username directly, changed the phone number,,changed the email so I couldn't really open, even when I was typing my username,and click "Next", it was saying "user not found". So what you do is that you just,type your username, your phone number, the original phone number associated,or the original email with which you created the account if you still have,access to it. Now, what you do is that you come here and you click on "Need More,Help". Once you click on need more help, yes Instagram has changed because before,it was going to give you a form to fill out, now it just sends you to this Help,Center. Here is how everything works out: you just coming on "how we can help" on,this search bar you type "hacked" and what you do is type I think my Instagram,has been hacked you type on it and all these info wouldn't really work, like,everything they're saying here doesn't work. You just,come at the bottom, very bottom you see here, if you're still,having trouble accessing your account we would like to hear more about your,experience so that we can continue improve our support option. You click,here on this one. This is the new form that you,have to fill out in order for Instagram to receive a request from you. So this is,the form. I spent about TWO hours before finding this little information, like,really little at the end, at the bottom. So you type here "Hacked".,I think my Instagram has been hacked and then you scroll down right here,,"Hear more about your experience", you tap here, you fill out this form.,Your last Instagram username, your phone number, or email associated with it, the,Instagram link, so let's say for example this account was... before they,changed, it was www.instagram.com/lions.royal,www.instagram.com/lions.royal, and then they say have you tried following,the step listed in the Help Center to get help through the,Instagram app, just say Yes, if you say No, it's not going to give any,additional form,and you can just type additional comment but now what I did is,that I filled out about three times then I said yes did you fill out the form and,submit a request for login support through the app, "No", because it's not available,anymore, they already removed it, now "Has your account information being changed,as the result of your account being hacked?","Yes". How long have you been using Instagram on your mobile? Two weeks,or less. or more than Ten weeks,actually. When was the last time you logged in into Instagram on your mobile,device? Two weeks or less, so it was basically, maybe like one day ago, so,I just said two weeks or less. Here is where you need to give all the details,about what happened. 5th,2020 i was checking my email and i got,this email that was,offering me a collab it looked like a,legitimate business even the link looked,100 legit i'm usually really careful,about which links i click but the way,that they disguised it was,honestly pretty smart i'm gonna give it,to them anyways before i get into that,i obviously clicked the link because it,led to their instagram page so i wanted,to make sure this business was legit,before i emailed them back and even,amused the idea of having a,collaboration right that's like one of,the main things you do as an influencer,you check out their instagram it was,linked right there,so i clicked on it when i clicked on,that page i started to notice that the,page was loading a little bit slow,to get to instagram that should have,been my number one red flag but also,my desktop computer which is what i was,using is a little bit slow in general,so i thought it was just an issue with,that so it asked me to log in,i log in thinking absolutely nothing of,it because it was instagram.com but it,just had all this other extra stuff,in the url which is actually what i,figured out later on,i'll explain that later so i log into my,account i look at this page they have,like over 100 000 followers or something,like that,but the photos look like stock photos,when i clicked on them they didn't have,like a good ratio of likes to the amount,of followers that they had like they,should have had way more likes and way,more engagement for having over 100 000,followers which is a huge red flag,you know like when that happens you're,like okay they're buying their followers,or whatever you know like it's not like,a legit business little did i know,by clicking on that link and logging,into instagram they already got what,they needed this was not for a collab,whatsoever,they were just trying to get my,instagram information i really thought,nothing of it,i go on my phone to post a story on my,instagram,and i see that i'm logged out i'm like,that's so weird so i go to log back in,my password doesn't work interesting now,a normal person would have just been,like oh i forgot my password which is,what i did i'll just get it back i'll,click forgot my password done deal,oh no they changed my username it said,my account didn't exist anymore,this is when the panic really started to,set in okay this is when,this is when i realized that was,going down i go back to my email,and i see an email from a very strange,person i've never talked to before,that says in the subject line your,instagram was hacked this,is HOW TO RECOVER YOUR HACKED INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT FAST 2022 UPDATED

if you clicked on this video you're,probably having trouble logging into,your instagram account it's okay because,i am too i haven't been able to log in,my instagram account for about four or,five days and for me i think the problem,was there's an app that i use called,followers that helps me track my,follower analytics on instagram like who,unfollows me and who doesn't follow me,back stuff like that and every time i,went into it and to come view that as,someone trying to hack into my account,and then log me out as a safety,precaution but since i've like logged,back in so many times they won't let me,get back in and so i've been having a,lot of trouble trying to get back into,my instagram account until i found one,way that works i've emailed instagram i,went on the help center and none of that,works so this is the only way that,absolutely gives you a chance a fighting,chance of getting your account back this,isn't 100 but this is by far the best,way to do it so i have two accounts my,spam account and then my real account,but i'm trying to get back into my main,account so the first thing you need to,do is click add account at the bottom,once you click add account you're going,to click log into existing account once,you've done that you're going gonna,click forgot password and then type in,your username my username is,sheldonjlthomas and then you're gonna,click can't reset your password now make,sure you have a good internet connection,that way this works now you're gonna,have to choose a way to recover yours,and if you're watching this because you,got hacks it's probably best to use your,phone number assuming the hacker changed,your email and use their email address,to probably the best way if you got,hacked is to use your phone number so,i'm using my phone number and i'm going,to click,next and they're going to send me a,confirmation code i'm going to click,confirm and then it's going to ask me,for a backup code so,now that i know this in the future if,this ever happens again and i get back,into my instagram account i'm always,going to have my backup code,screenshoted because i don't know my,backup codes because i've never,screenshotted them they're on the,instagram app but obviously that's,useless to us because we can't get into,our instagram account so we're gonna,have to click try another way and then,where it says get support click that and,then it's gonna ask you why you can't,get into your instagram account for my,sake i'm gonna click my account got,hacked the other options are i forgot my,password and can't reset it the login,code was sent to a mobile number or,email that i don't have access to um my,account was hacked my account was,disabled or someone used my name photos,or informations to create a new account,so and sees any photos of you and,you're going to submit a selfie video,and they're going to see if the pictures,match up to confirm your identity and,this really is the only way that you'll,be able to possibly get your account,back this is the only way that works,instagram does a horrible job with this,you would think an app that has so many,people on it like millions and probably,billions of people using it would have,customer service but it doesn't so this,is the best way you'll probably be able,to get back into your account so you're,going to click yes i do have a photo of,myself and my account if you don't just,click it anyway so you're going to have,to click next and how can we reach you,add an email address that the hacker,doesn't use so a personal email address,that's what i'm doing then you're gonna,click submit and then it's gonna send a,verification code to your email and then,once you get the code you're gonna click,confirm and then it's gonna ask you to,do this,and then it's going to say video selfie,complete and submit video so once you,finish that instagram is almost,immediately going to send you an email,saying that they received your request,and then it takes probably no more than,four hours at the most for them to get,back to you and they'll either say your,identity was confirmed or they couldn't,verify your identity and that's happened,to me almost every single time i've done,this they couldn't verify my identity,but this is the best way to do you just,have to keep going and going and almost,everyone that has had this problem has,been able to get in their account some,it took them like two or three days,others just took three weeks but just,keep trying this and eventually,hopefully you'll get logged back into,your instagram account and
