Getting Started on Instagram for Beginners: Posting and Editing
Hi, welcome back to Genius Lounge,I'm your host Matt Troutman Genius,Lounge is the place to come to learn, about all of the technology that you've,got in your life so if you enjoy today's,video we'd ask that you consider, subscribing it's free and it helps us,let you know when we post new videos, alright now that we've gone through the, tediousness of creating our Instagram, account and following a few people we,can get down to the nitty gritty and the, really fun stuff sharing pictures of,your lunch don't do that nobody likes it,and that's what Instagram stories are,for okay so posting is pretty simple on,Instagram you choose your photo that, you've already taken or you take one now,you apply a filter think like a Polaroid, and you add a caption and then you post,so let's get started first you'll need,to open Instagram from the options at,the bottom I'm gonna tap the little plus, which is in the very middle from there, you can select one of three options, library which are your photos and videos, that you've taken outside of Instagram, photo and that means you'll take a photo, right now with Instagram or video which, takes a video right there with an,Instagram as well for this post we're,going to use a picture that I've already, taken so to do that I'm gonna make sure, that I've selected a library in the, lower left-hand corner of my screen when,I select this I see a few buttons, overlaid on my picture on the far left I,see a circle with what appears to be two, arrows pointed out in a diagonal so this, button allows you to adjust your picture, from a square to the original dimensions,of the picture or at least closer than, maybe what a square is so you can see, that this picture was a little bit, taller and I want to get more of that, pineapple in the frame so I'm gonna, leave it like this moving to the right, you see the boomerang button boomerang,is another app made by Instagram that's,intended to make quick little videos, that boomerang back and forth think of,an infinite instant replay and next to,that is the layout app button which lets, you make a quick and simple collage to,post to Instagram, and finally you'll see the select, multiple button this button allows you,to add multiple photos or videos to a,post so if I tap select multiple I can,see that my pineapple will be my first, picture that's posted and then maybe I,want a selfie second and you can see, that those are numbered but for now,we're just gonna post a one picture so,I'm gonna tap the multiples button again, and that will turn that off and I'm,gonna select my pineapple again alright, now that I've got my picture selected,I'm gonna tap on next in the upper right, hand side of the screen on this screen, you'll see the filters menu these, filters can give a certain look to your, photos and many of them add the feeling,of a Polaroid camera this is part of why,Instagram became so popular to begin, with so to select a filter all you need,to do is swipe left or swipe right to,see all of the filters once you found, your favorite go ahead and tap on it to,see the effect that it'll have on your, photo if you tap on a filter a second, time you'll see the option to adjust the, level of effect that the filter has on,the photo and also you get the ability,to add a little frame if you would like, and next to the filter menu at the, bottom of the screen is the Edit menu so,I'm going to tap on edit there are lots,of different options here that allow you,to manipulate your photo just a little, bit to get it just right to post so,let's say that it wasn't quite level and,I wanted to make sure that it seemed, level when I posted that picture all I,need to do is slide left or right on,this and then I can line that up so now,it looks perfectly level or at least to,my eye it does I'm gonna go ahead and,tap Done and then it reapplies those, effects that I put on with a filter I,see a little dot that I've adjusted that, underneath the adjust feature and now, let's say I wanted to add just a hint of,color to this so I can tap any one of,these colors here if I tap a second time,I can adjust the amount of color that I,want to add to that picture in this case,I'm gonna say I want to add a little bit,of red and maybe not quite so much just,a little bit of red to make it look, really like a Polaroid now that I'm done,in my edit menu I'm gonna go ahead and,tap next and that's going to bring us to,the captioning feature so all I need to,do here is write a little description of,what the photo is if it's needed of,course a picture is worth a thousand, words, however you may want to give a little, context to what you're showing your, viewers, all right so this is my pineapple air, plant and add a space in there and now,is the time that you can use those hash, tags that we learned about in a previous, episode so if you wanted to tag this, particular post all you need to do is,use this little pound symbol in the, lower right hand corner also commonly, called the hash tag and just go ahead, and start typing a single word an,Instagram will g

HOW I EDIT MY INSTAGRAM PICS + GETTING THE PERFECT PHOTO TIPS! Kate Hutchins
hello guys and welcome back to my,channel or if you're new here then hi,my name is kate i hope you're all doing, really well and having a great, week so today i'm going to show you all,how i edit my instagram photos and this, video has been,so highly requested so i'm really, excited to be finally sitting down and, filming it so i'm going to take you guys, through all the apps and all the tools, that i use and also just giving you all, some like tips and tricks with, taking photos and just generally making, your feed look, more cohesive and just upping your, instagram game in general if you don't,already make sure you go follow me on,instagram, and yeah let's get started so i'm going,to do a little screen recording so you, guys can see, exactly what i'm looking at okay this is,my instagram feed, and as you can see it's very neutral, blacks, whites and i've also got quite a bit of,green in there as well which i'm really, loving at the moment, and generally i try to keep my instagram, quite natural looking i try not to,filter anything too heavily, and just keep it looking quite like, organic, and authentic i used to filter my photos, quite a bit, when i first started with instagram and, although it makes your feed look,so kind of like neat and cohesive i just, think,it can sometimes just make a photo look,a bit unnatural and just not very, relatable so i've kind of just stopped, using heavy filters um actually if i,scroll down, right to the bottom of my feed you'll,see what i mean okay so if you look at,my feed here when was this this, was in 2019 it's just a lot more, filtered it's very kind of brown,so i have kind of moved away from that, now,um if i scroll back up to the top you'll,see now that my feed, has a bit of like a rhythm to it so i'll,do one standing, one close one standing one close,i just find that this really balances, out the feed which is a look that i,really like,if you're somebody who only likes to do,far away photos then that'll be fine but, because i like to see, close and far i just find it works best,to alternate them, here is my photography folder these are,the apps that i use, visco to be fair i actually don't use, vsco anymore i use snapseed, unfold facetune 2 retouch i don't really, use color toad ever so rarely i use, light sleep this is great if the sky is,gray in your photos you can actually, just, press the sky and it will put like a,nice blue sky in your photos tessa is my,all-time,favorite editing app we'll go into that, later and then canva i use for my,youtube thumbnails, okay so i'm going to start off with,facetune2 and i'm just going to edit, this photo here that i have already, posted on my feed, the first thing i normally do is whiten, the background just a little, just if there's any like yellow tones um,i just like to neutralize those a little, bit,i'll whiten a background as you can see,it's a bit yellow and i'll just do the, floor, see if i turn it up you guys will be,able to see there we go and i'll just do,the floor as well so everything matches, okay and then as you can see it looks, far too wide it just looks really fake,so i will turn, that right down to maybe like 32,perfect okay and then the second thing,i'm gonna do as you can see,i've got this like all black outfit on,and,in the photo because it was quite a,bright light,it's really washing out the black and, making it look a bit more,of a kind of like washed gray blue and,in real life, the outfit wasn't like that at all so,and what i'm gonna do is go into paint, tool, select black and then i'm just going to,literally color this in,and make it black again one thing i,don't ever do is alter colors or alter, anything, that isn't there in real life so for, example if this top was actually just,a wash black i wouldn't edit it because, obviously,if somebody was to buy this top from my,post and it arrived a different color, that's false advertising so i try and, keep things really true,to reality and, just darkening that all i'll do my,loafer as well as you can see it's,reflecting the light a good, bit and right now it looks very very, very black so,what i'm going to do is just reduce it,to about, there and in my opinion that just looks,so much better the black just pops so,much more it makes the outfit a little, more expensive, and just looks a bit more kind of,dramatic as well which is always what we,want with a all, black outfit and i do always like smooth,my skin over a bit,and that's purely because iphone photos, will, always really contrast your face and it,just makes everything look quite harsh,so by softening it with the smooth tool,it just really makes it look a little, bit more, kind of like delicate and and less harsh,so i've reduced that again to about 60.,that's all i'm going to do in facetune,so then save this and then i'm going to,pop this into teza, teza is my favorite editing app i just, think it's so,so good i love the filters on it and it,just has everything you need in one, place okay so to edit this i'm just, going to up the exposure just a tiny bit, maybe like to two,and then my

HOW I EDIT MY INSTAGRAM PICTURES! | vibrant, it girl aesthetic feed
hi YouTube welcome back to my channel, and in today's video I am going to be,doing a video that was highly highly, highly requested from you guys I say, that every time I do a sit down video, but anytime I do a sit down video it's,usually something that you guys have, been requesting over and over and over,if you have recently been watching my,videos then you know that I rarely do,sit down videos anymore I'm usually just, vlogging and giving you guys little, inside sleeps of my life but today we,are going to be doing a sit down video I,am going to be giving you guys a how I,edit my Instagram pictures you guys have, been wanting to know about this for, years like I kid you not years literally,I've never done this video on my channel,so this is not an updated version or,anything of the sort this is what I am,doing at this very moment let me go,ahead and put my phone on do not disturb, because we don't need to be disturbed at,this moment so you guys basically for, this video I'm gonna go ahead and give, you guys a list of all the apps that you, need I use literally only two apps and, that is face tune and Fisco,so first I'm going to start with the, face picture and for the face picture we,are first going to be starting on,facetune and any pictures that I'm about,to edit and upload to my main account we,always use facetune first so I'm going,to go to facetune and find the picture, that I had put in that album, boom this is the one we're gonna edit so,what I like to do is I like to start off, with the retouch retouch is what we,start off with and that's just basically,to get into the vase get into the face, and as you guys can see,we have some stuff that we could totally, fix first you need the Halo tool the, heel tool is like probably so so,important and when I first started, editing my photos I knew nothing about, the Halo tool I just stuck to like, smoothing and things of the sort that's,where a lot of people go wrong is when, you get these abs you just think I'm,just going to smooth out my face, yeah we're just gonna look very very, smooth and that's really not the goal, when it comes to editing your pictures, you still want it to look very raw so I,get it and zoom in first thing you, notice when you look at this picture is,my smile lines and you guys know how I,felt all my small ones I hate them so,we're gonna take them away so yeah this,is what we do the heel tool,it's gone you know what it's gone it's,like, this little eraser here is basically if,you like heal something and it doesn't,look smooth or it doesn't look the,Finish wasn't very nice then you can, just erase it you don't have to like X,out and start all the way over so I just, basically heal anything that is kind of,out of place any like harsh lines like,on my nose right here I'll like do that, right here underneath my eyes I'll use,the heel tool and as you can see it,looks very nice but it doesn't do too, much you know what I'm saying it's like, the perfect amount of edit right here, above my brow we can clean that up a bit,I'm gonna use the Eraser a bit right, here because I feel like it's a little, too smooth around my nose it doesn't,look like I have an arch,so yeah maybe something like that you,can get as close as you like, and yeah I feel like that's okay I feel, like I would probably do it on my lips a,little bit just to kind of smooth out,the harsh line between my lip liner and,my lip gloss it's just like small little, details and then we go to the smooth, tool I'm moving too fast y'all I'm a,professional editor once you have healed, everything I do smooth out I do very, light smoothing especially like a,picture like this where my makeup, doesn't look bad at all so I don't have,to smooth out too much so I'm not gonna, over smooth you know what I'm saying I,just do like like a harsh little run, over my face with the smooth, and I feel like that is literally good, enough this is basically what we have so,far as you guys can see face is looking, very Flawless very even I would say not,as many harsh lines and it just looks it,just looks really good like I beat the, heck out of my face which I did we just, had to fix a few things next next next,is the reshape reshape is basically for, anything that I want to like fix the, shape fix the way it's looking then I,would do that so,um first thing that I see is that I want,to fix my hair so what I would do is,zoom in on my hair right here and this, this is kind of bothering me so what I,would do is basically just reshape and, just kind of like, bring it down you just really have to be,very cautious that's why I like to zoom,in and just really make sure, nothing looks kind of off we can, probably bring this down a bit,um,yep yep all that good stuff like that, make sure this thing right here isn't,leaning so to like if I do see it,starting to lean you just go to restore, and just like exit out get really close,if you would like if you do still want, this hair to be pulled down but you just, want to make sure that's not leaning, just get as close as possible and, resh

HOW I TAKE AND EDIT MY INSTAGRAM PICTURES!!! VLOG | MOLLYMAE
HOW I TAKE AND EDIT MY INSTAGRAM PICTURES!!! VLOG | MOLLYMAE
good morning everybody welcome back to,my channel I hope you're all doing well,my hair is issue all over the place I,only woke up about 20 minutes ago and, guess what time it is it is let's see it,is it's hard pasta in the afternoon so,let's we'll talk about that my sleeping, pattern during quarantine lockdown, whatever you want to call it has been an,absolute shambles,I've been going to see if at literally,4:00 a.m. and waking up about half 2 in,the afternoon so that's absolutely, fabulous today's video is going to be,filmed in a vlog style and I love, filming in a blog style like it's much, more chilled it's casual today's video,is going to be me showing you guys how I,take and edit my Instagram pictures this,is such a highly requested video on my,channel and I was telling my sister that,I was gonna probably film this today and,she was like I don't know I think I,might be a little bit boring but you, guys have asked for it so many times so,I'm trying to give you guys what you, want give the people what they want, taking and editing my Instagram pictures,is such an important thing for me it's,something that I do every single day and,for my job obviously is being a,full-time influencer I hate using that, word but that is basically my job role I,am a full-time influencer I know what, when I was unlawful and and I like, introduce myself as I do Instagram I,think that was why I said my job was I,mean because I didn't want to say the, word influencer because I know it gets,so much backlash it has much stigma, around it but then saying that I did,Instagram probably wasn't the crowd way,so what I've done this job for two and a,half years now it makes me extremely, happy you've got to love your job know, about what people say about it it's your, job the end of the day you're the one, doing it and it pays my bills and it,makes me happy so that's that Instagram,is still up and running with everything, that's going with quarantine and stuff, most work and like jobs and is still, still going ahead one thing that is so,important as well with Instagram and the,way I join Instagram is even when I,don't have make paid post or a page, works on Instagram I'm always still, taking content that is so important to,mix up my paid content with my organic, content that I would be posting anyway, and I want to show you how I do it how,it then how I everything you're going to,load everything in this video the, secrets behind my Instagram three hours, later the first picture I'm gonna take,is gonna be in my bedroom now this is,actually gonna be a really good hack for,you guys that live somewhere where it's,very hard to get Instagram at content, and that is me when I used to live at,home the main reason why, moved to Manchester was because it was, virtually impossible to carry on doing, the job that I wanted to do I live, literally in the middle of the, countryside,I'm surrounded by pigs and sheep and, wind turbines is that you my,surroundings so it's not like I can just, literally nip to a nice cobbled street, and take some nice blogger pictures it,is I don't have that luxury here if you, have like a cute bed with cute pillows,on it you can get a nice cheap mirror, from Ikea pop that up in your room put a,nice outfit on and you're literally good,to go with instant,I'm going to move my member across I'm,going to move a mirror that's at the end,of my bed it's like a full-length mirror,I'll show you in a second I'm going to,move that into position that's in front,of these windows in my room so the, lighting is kind of coming on to me and,it makes for a better picture lighting,is so so so important,so as you can see in a very short of,time we've gone from a very, uninteresting abour bedroom look I mean, like that there's not an installable, bedroom as you can see like I let you, have cuddly toys growl like it's just, not it's an absolute mess but you can, really work with backgrounds that you, have re wearing outfits don't think that, like I truly believe it especially when, they cost a lot of money you have to,rewire things that these were already,I've already taken a picture in these, but there's no way I'm not gonna not, wear them again just because I thought, you'd taken a bit to it and they start, taking the pictures now I'm in this, outfit these little joggers and crop top,the mirror is here so I'm gonna take, some pictures and I'll show you why, okay so I have now taken my Instagram, pictures and I'm just going through them, now so you can favorite pictures on your, camera roll and that is what I like to,do with the pictures that I take I go,through and I favorite my favorite ones,so these are the ones I've taken I'll,just quickly show you so for example, these are all the pictures that I just, took so I'll just show you through them,so these were some practice ones I took, those stills to mess on the floor so,then I cleared the floor and then, started taking some standing up and but, then I realized standing up it was kind,of alright but then I actually moved to,sitting down because I find t

How I Take and Edit My Instagram Pictures
How I Take and Edit My Instagram Pictures
hello everyone and welcome back to my,youtube channel in today's video i will,be showing you how i take and edit my,instagram photos which i'm very excited, about because recently so many of you, have liked my instagram which thank you,so much i appreciate it i'm putting the, effort you know so i figured i'd share,my tips and tricks with you guys today,on how i personally edit and take my,instagram photos and i know a lot of,people here's my number one thing so,there's like a couple steps you gotta do,so first you gotta like do your hair, makeup however you want for your, instagram photo we know that my outfit i,personally picked up today is a little, bit sporty it's a sports bra and a,little tennis skirt which i'm very, excited about because i just think it,looks good but that's my vibe i'm going, for today for the taking photos part, what works for me is to have someone, else take the photo i know that's not, necessarily a option for a lot of people,so if it's not an option for you then,i'll also tell you that tripods help so,so much i will link some tripods i think, you should get down below tripods help,so so so much and i will show you the, exact angle that i take my instagram, pictures at which you can also do with a,tripod because i'm gonna have my,boyfriend take my instagram pictures, because he just does a good job,but i'll show you how to do with a,tripod too lastly the most important, part about making instagram photos look, good it's the editing so i'm gonna show, you guys how i edit my instagram, pictures too all right sound good let's,get into it this is my boyfriend sam,he's gonna be taking my instagram photos, but i'm also gonna show you guys like, later in the video what angle you can, take if you only have yourself to take, the pictures but basically i love to,take photos it's a little bright right, now but i love to take photos in direct, sunlight because they just seem to do,better on my page i don't know what it,is,okay i'll get into it we use um just a,regular iphone whatever phone you have, will work and for me personally i like,to find a place pretend this camera is,an iphone and these are the angles we,would take it from describe it usually,we do it during like a sunset hour right, and then i try to slide my shadow out of,the way so i'll like hold the camera out, this way do you have a tripod, down sam, yeah you want to give yourself a little, down angle usually down angles look the, best on people, and then,so you can either come from this side or,you can slide from this side too,and then whatever is your good side, whichever yeah whichever side's your, good side, but in that case it's both of yours so,so this is what i do as the little model, you back off yourself you're literally, just hitting that photo button, continuously and if you are using a,phone and you're taking them to yourself, put it on a video and then screenshot, the photos because we did just take live, photos okay so then like do whatever, poses work for you i like to turn to the, side in a couple and like smile they, like go like this and you know whatever, poses work for you i'll show you some, examples,i am going to show you how i edit my,instagram pictures now so,get excited all right so first things, first i go to the app you pick and this, video is sponsored by epic they are what,i use to edit all my photos so thank you,so much epic for sponsoring this video, you can download it for free using the, link in my bio so make sure to check, that out after this video so you can, edit your photos just like me but anyway,i go to the app i click start editing, and then i'm just gonna pick um i go the, favorite section of my photos because i,favorited a couple photos and i will, show you this one's pretty good this is,the first photo that i am going to edit, and the first thing i like to do is go,to,adjust,i go to brightness i turn down the, brightness a little bit and it makes you, look a little more tan if you do it too, much it'll make you look orange so don't,do it too much but it does make you look,a little more tan if you just turn down,a touch and then i think the contrast, looks pretty good i just usually mess, with these a little bit let me see turn, the contrast up just a touch not too, much saturation this photo is a little, bit warm i might even turn it,down a cup a little bit because i don't,want to look orange if you turn the, saturation up you're gonna look orange, let's turn the saturation down a little, bit then i go to sharpen and sometimes,if your photos are a little bit blurry, you can sharpen them and it gives them, like more edgy look but i don't think i,need to sharpen anything i'm actually, just gonna take, highlights, and go down with them a little bit so,i'm not as overexposed okay and then, sometimes i do this sometimes i don't,but i like to mess around with little, filters because i do think that, instagram is becoming more like a casual, instagram kind of thing so i think it's,fun to add little effects to your photos,if that's something that you're,interested in i

How I Edit My Instagram Photos - Neutral Minimal
How I Edit My Instagram Photos - Neutral Minimal
guys welcome back to my youtube channel,my name is sarah wisted in today's video,i'm going to be sharing with you guys, how i edit my instagram photos,so i've gotten quite a few questions, over i guess the last few months about, how i edit my instagram photos if you, follow me on instagram you know i like, more of like a,creamy neutral um,i don't know like not high contrast so,it's pretty much the opposite of high, contrast,i've been really liking the less switch,up i do like my darks my black's pretty, dark though so you'll notice that in my,photos also um so let me kind of walk, you through how i edit a photo and i'll,just explain some other i guess things, that i do to,get this photo to be the way that it is,so let me pull up my phone i will do um,a screen recording as i am recording, this i want to show you like a few, different photo types just to show you a,little bit of different tweaks that you,can do because truly every photo is,different and so if i just show you one,on how i do one and you try and do the, exact same for your photo um which might,be taking different lighting and taking,a different like location may not look, the same so i'm going to try to explain,to you like how you can, kind of edit the same and get the, outcome to look the same with different,i guess photo situations okay so let me,um jump right in first things first you,go into the lightroom app i pretty much, use lightroom for every single photo i,rarely go to any other app occasionally,i'll go to facetune if i'm trying to,remove like a,piece of lint off of a black shirt for, example i don't know,i can try and show you an example of,that, but basically i'm using lightroom for, pretty much everything that i do so in,lightroom i just go to my photos, and i usually go to my favorites because,it's easier to organize, those of you who do a lot of content, know that you take a ton of photos so,it's easy to take a bunch of photos like, the ones that you like put them all in,your favorites folder and then go from, there,so the first one that we'll do i'll just,do this easy, picture so it already looks okay because, the lighting is really bright in this, room in my dining room,i have a lot of neutrals in the, background so if you take a photo in,front of a neutral background it's much, easier to edit,so you'll notice that most of the, backgrounds that i choose are very, bright and um,not a lot going on so not not very busy, but again that's just like my preference,if you prefer to have something busy in,the background that's of course up to,you,um but to get kind of the aesthetic that,i'm going for i do kind of opt for a,minimal background if that makes sense,so,the first thing that i do is i go into, light so i'll hit the light at the, bottom, and i usually bring the contrast down so,i used to bring contrast up and i liked, high contrast photos that was like the, thing to do like a,few months i mean it was probably more, like over a year ago but now i really, like like the lower contrast photos so,i'll bring the contrast down a bit,and i do kind of bring it down, like kind of a lot i would say i would i,go pretty much that far for pretty much, all of my photos but just looking at,that, let me show you the difference, like this already looks better to me,because it's just a little bit more,i don't even know what the right word is,maybe like i don't know jeremy's the, right word but just not so like stark if,that makes sense so i kind of i,personally like this a little bit better,so i'll start there the next thing i'll,do is i'll bring my highlights down a,tad i don't really,do a bunch with the highlights um i,sometimes bring the shadows up just a,bit, just a little bit,um and then the whites i kind of leave, alone for the most part and then the, blacks here at the bottom this is where,i make sure that my blacks are black,um because when you do take the contrast, out you're kind of like making the, blacks a little bit creamier as well but, like i said i like a sharp black so i,keep everything else creamy except for,the blacks i like to be a little bit, more black so that's what i do there so,this is pretty much where i am for most,of my photos if the lighting is great, for exposure,i will sometimes make it a little bit, darker because that does make the photo,um in my opinion look a little bit more, sharp if that makes sense,i rarely increase exposure unless a,photo like really really really really, needs it,i rarely increase exposure so i'm gonna, bring this down, maybe like that,so then let's just look at it from this, point right now,you see how it's just like a little bit, different it's nothing crazy but it just,in my opinion looks better, the next probably more important,um i guess trick that i use to edit my,photos is in the color, tab if you go to the mix, like the color wheel and you go to the, yellow, now, bringing down the yellows really makes, your photo look less it looks more clean,to me so like let me just show you what,i'm talking about so if you bring How to Design Instagram Post with Canva? | Canva Tutorial
How to Design Instagram Post with Canva? | Canva Tutorial
Today in this video, we are going to design an Instagram post using Canva.,You can also upload Instagram posts to Facebook or other social media platforms,,like Pinterest, on YouTube community post, you can upload the same posts,we make for them. This is a practice session. Then we will, start with a basic design in this way, and then we will go to advanced in this course which is going on in this video.,Make sure that you do not miss a single video and keep practicing it together.,From the description box, you will get a link to the playlist from where you will get all the videos 0:00:39.180,0:00:43000
of the complete course of Canva. Let's start the video.,Hello everyone! I am Harmeet. Welcome to WsCube Tech channel. Whoever has not subscribed the, channel yet, please subscribe soon because we keep bringing a lot of videos, a lot of content daily for you,,so make sure you do not miss a single thing. We are going to use Canva.,I want to design something for the cafeteria in Canva. For example, I want to create a post for a cafeteria business,in which I have to promote my services.,We'll try to create a promotion post to promote the service of my cafeteria.,I have taken the example of a cafeteria so I want a picture related to coffee or, cafeteria, then I use these two platforms for that, one is freepik.,In Freepik, you get copyright pictures for free, so this is a good option. Here I typed coffee,, so I got a lot of pictures related to coffee. This is a fantastic site.,If you want free pictures, i.e., unplash.
So unsplash is another good option, for free copyright pictures. Here you get high-quality images, so I have already, downloaded some images. If you have a business and have a little budget,, then I would prefer that you can do photography of your product according to you. But in the initial phase,, we can go with these pictures also. Let's see what we design and address. First of all,, I am clicking on Create a Design. Here, I'll type Instagram. Instagram posts are here.,When Instagram was started or in its initial state, there used to be square size images, i.e, 1080 by 1080px.,But after a while, portrait mode has also come to Instagram, i.e., here, you can also choose portrait-size images., Portrait size of Instagram, i.e, 1080 by 1350px.
Apart from this, there is also the option of videos.,The profile picture remains square because the logo is always square.,Apart from this, there is also the option of the reel.
The reel is the part of YouTube, i.e., 1080 by 1920px., Instagram story, a story that is standard for everyone, whether you see a WhatsApp story,,Facebook or Instagram, everyone's size remains the same, i.e, 1080 by 1920px.,Now I will create a post, so now we will take portraits. You can also choose,a square size image, hardly it makes a difference. So I am selecting the Instagram post of,portrait mode so that I can get some space. We've got a blank slide.,You can also take it as a square. You can also take it as a portrait.,You have to design for the story; you can do that too. First of all, we see some templates,so that we can get some inspiration. So in the templates option, I write the cafe here. So let's see what ideas I get.,There are many good posts related to cafes coming here. This one. This is also very good.,This is an opening cafe.
Even if I type coffee here,, I am getting perfect templates here. They are hiring. This is the cafe opening template., You will get better options than this in Pro.,But we will start from scratch now. So, first of all, I am typing coffee, in the Elements section. I will tell you why I am doing this. I already have the images, but I will tell you the reason why I am selecting the coffee. I am selecting this image.,What will happen by selecting this image that I will get the theme palette of this document.,Like, if I change the background which is behind it, then you will see that the photo colors have come.,Now I do not have to choose a single color, I can take shades of coffee from here.,That's why I selected this image. If you think this is relevant to your post, then, you can keep it. I have downloaded pictures from here. You can choose according to you.,We come back to Canva. First of all, I color it. I am choosing this brown color.,And I am keeping this image on the side by minimizing it completely.,I am using it so that I can take its palette color.,Now I will try to put some effects here. Like I have just taken brown color. Brown color directly, determines the coffee. So I have taken brown color here. I will try to put some elements here.,Inside Element, I am trying to do something related to the cloud. So I take this image over here.,I'll put it here to create some elements. I can get its color from the photo colors, I will not have to work hard.,So I have taken this. In this way I have put this Element here., Now I will try to put some elements of coffee in it. But, first, I will put something like a watermark.,We can take beans or take this part.

HOW I EDIT MY INSTAGRAM PHOTOS + PLAN AN AESTHETIC FEED
HOW I EDIT MY INSTAGRAM PHOTOS + PLAN AN AESTHETIC FEED
hey everyone, welcome back to my channel today i'm,going to be showing you how i edit my,pictures and, curate my instagram feed this has been a,topic that i've had,so many questions on over the course of,a few years i thought that i would show, you how i curate, for every season what type of mood i'm,in and it honestly just varies upon like, what i'm inspired by at the moment and,it's not always the same,i'm never consistent i'm not trying to,maintain a perfect feed all the time but, this is just like, generally how i edit and curate my feed, okay so,let's start at step one how i take my,photos,i normally shoot on my iphone or,on a canon g7x mark iii i used to work, with a photographer in new york for a,majority of my pictures or my friends, would take my photos, but ever since covet hit i've been, taking everything on self timer so i,feel like i've really mastered, how to take photos on self timer if you, guys need any tips on that,i've linked a video below of how i shoot,my photos,by myself on self timer and there are a,lot of good little tricks and tips in,there, that will hopefully be helpful to you, guys how i take my photos i basically, just set up a tripod wherever i scout a,good location,i'll pull my car over in a really pretty, field during sunset, these photos right here i actually took,on self timer i just put the tripod on,my car,and it was super easy i downloaded the,app sync my phone to my camera and then,i can actually see,the viewfinder screen of what my camera, sees on my phone so i can just click the, button for my phone and then it'll take, the picture on my camera, that makes things really easy another, way that i take photos and self timer is,i use my iphone and i have a little, bluetooth remote control, that i use and it just connects you turn,it on i do that a lot i'll set up my,iphone on a tripod, that's a really easy way to take photos,on self timer as well so the time of day,i normally take photos is around five,to seven pm because the lighting is,really good it's normally, golden light i think it does really well,in photos it just translates, really well on camera here's an example,of a photo that i took, around i think 5 30 really golden and, beautiful out,i decided because it was really dark out,to use my canon, use a flash instead of using my iphone, which would have been, way less quality of a photo and i wore a,light colored dress because it was, darker out and i honestly think that the, contrast of wearing a light colored, outfit, against a dark backdrop is really, stunning and i thought that that would, stand out more than just wearing like, jeans and a black tee or something so i,decided to wear this white for loving, lemons dress, and this one i'm actually going to edit, and show you guys how i edit my photos,i use maybe two or three apps depending, upon the photo, and how much editing it really needs, this photo doesn't need too much editing, and i try not to over edit my photos i,just adjust the colors, kind of adjust my outfit maybe smooth a,few things as we all do,and i'm not guilty of it at all i do it,every once in a while, where it's necessary so i just brought, this photo into, facetune and i'm going to show you guys, how i like edit everything,i normally start with reshape adjust, anything that you really need to adjust, what i'm going to do is i'm actually, going to push, down the sleeve a little bit and make a,little bit more room on,my neck because i don't want it to cover,my neck too much, and it also makes my neck appear a,little bit longer, which i'm totally here for i don't even, care i'm not, being shy about it i'm editing that a,little bit,i honestly like to adjust my hair my,hair is looking flat i'll make that look,a little bit bigger,as you can see that's what we've done so,far i can probably bring that back down,a little bit, might make this sleeve a little bit, bigger i try not to edit and push things,in,so that it changes my body shape really,it's more so,just to make the outfit look better with, the smooth tool and i'll smooth out like, any sort of like blemishes,or scars that i might have i have like a,blood mesh on my back like that's,embarrassing,i'm gonna smooth that down i don't,really need to smooth anything on my,face i'll smooth like, little things on my legs here and there,i have like cellulite there, not really going to smooth that but you,can if you want, sometimes i'll go in with the detail, tool i will like detail, some shine on my earrings i'll also, take the tones tool and,add some shine to the earrings i'll just, take the white, and make it a little bit more shiny, sometimes i'll add more like highlighter,on my cheek,if it's necessary but i don't know if,this photo it'll look good i always kind,of test it out yeah, that looks good sometimes i add more, highlight in the hair, highlight on my shoulder, and another thing that really helps, contour your body a little bit is if you, grab the darkest part of your photo and, then you can just like contour, whatever part you want to add more, definition,i like to do it on
