Henry Cavill Home Workout With Update On His Injury
hello everybody today,i thought i might tell you about,my injury my hamstring injury which,happened back in december,and the physiotherapy i've been going,through to make sure that i have,returned to,full health while working and also the,supplement program,that i've had myself on to make sure,that i'm alive and well and that,everything is running smoothly and i'm,taking full advantage of my workouts,so first off why am i wearing a hat,indoors,good question i'm wearing a hat indoors,because,five to six days a week i am wearing a,wig for the witcher,so right now my hair looks like a rat,lives in it which you guys don't need to,see,but now on to the injury as i said back,in december,i injured myself running on set i was,sprinting,and while sprinting the hamstring tour,it turned out to be a grade 2 b tear,which means it was the bicep part of the,hamstring which is the middle,part of the muscle and it was a severe,tet,my physiotherapist told me that if the,tear was any more severe it would have,been a rupture,and that means that the tendon and the,muscle,leave the bone which would have been,really rather nasty and taken an,extraordinary long time to recover from,to illustrate my point i just wanted to,show you this mri,of my hamstrings on the right is a,perfectly healthy hamstring,and on the left is the injured hamstring,that white coloration is actually,bleeding within the hamstring the injury,happened to the muscle,in the middle of that white mass and the,worst and potential,potentially worse injury happened at the,very top of it which is to the tendon,had that been any worse the tendon could,have separated from the bone,and it would have taken an enormously,long time to recover from,thankfully that did not but now on to,the process,right in the morning i shall wake up,between four and five a.m typically,and then i shall have a protein shake,with oatmeal,the protein i use is muscletech's 100,grass-fed whey protein i,use deluxe vanilla because there's,blueberries in my shake and those two,things go very well together,then my physiotherapist freddie will uh,give me a flush session of the muscles,make sure the muscles are all working,properly,that's essentially me lying on a bed,with little electrical charges going,through my left hamstring,and here massaging both muscles just to,make sure they're not too,tight which you don't need to see,because that's essentially lying in my,underpants and that is not very,cinematic after that,i shall have some pre-workout and i will,use muscle tech shatter pre-workout,elite this stuff is fantastic,it is absolutely what i need to get,through my workout in the morning,especially considering it is so,early i will then make myself,an amino build elite from muscletech,also,just to make sure that i am maximizing,the potential,of my workout so here we go,i'm going to show you the process see,how it goes i hope you enjoy,let's do this,so,you

foreign,okay,so I just got a text message from my boy,with a screenshot,of what I have here,didn't read it,I saw like the first,sentence and I'm like,my boy sent the text message to me Blake,Grayson,the wrestler,and uh he said,DC is up,wait,let me see exactly what he said he says,James Gunn is up,all right this is on Henry cavill's,Instagram,so I just put one and one together,I even want to read it because I already,know where it's going it's going to say,something about he's not Superman going,forward,they stay him over man us,all right,I've just had a meeting with James Gunn,and Peter San Fran and in sad news,it's sad news everyone,I will after all not,be returning as Superman,how could they do this to him after,being told by the studio to announce my,return back in October,prior to their hire,this news isn't the easiest but that's,the life,the change of the Guard is something,that happens I respect that James and,Peter have a universe to build I wish,them,and new Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav, ,it was implied that the duo would attempt to steer
the franchise in something of a new direction.,In one surprising move under their stewardship,
longtime DC Superman actor Henry Cavill revealed ,that he's Superman no longer — though a
new "Superman" movie is planned, and Gunn ,intends to maintain a working relationship with
Cavill moving forward. Gunn posted on Twitter,,On Instagram, Cavill shared,,Now that Cavill is a free agent, fans of
other major movie franchises have begun ,to propose ideas for his next big role. For
instance, some want Cavill to join the MCU, ,given his superhero experience and,
