I have enough scraps to do a cooking,video later let's do some cooking so I,I've been feeling a bit glum lately,which is why I disappeared for a few,days and my dad called me yesterday and,he said why aren't you dancing and why,aren't you cooking so this morning I,woke up and I danced and I felt better,and now I'm gonna cook it is a really,weird time the moment and people are,scared and the world doesn't know what,to do or say and that's an odd feeling,I'm currently away from my family and my,siblings and that's certainly unsettling,so as my dad said yesterday we have to,do things that keep us happy keep us,bubbly and keep moving basically wake up,tomorrow and do a dance have a little,shimmy just boogie get all of that weird,horrid anxiety out of your system,also during all of this the most,important thing is that we are not,wasting our food and we're using all of,the things that we bought last week all,of the sad bruised upset vegetables,we're gonna put them in a pan and it's,gonna taste delicious I'm talking about,things like this tomorrow that I bought,last week she's a bit banged up but,she's beautiful this pepper,she's definitely bruised but she's gonna,taste great in a pan and this aubergine,I used half of last week we're just,gonna chop the brown off and put it in a,pan,things like this is totally fine I,chopped it in half because I have really,tiny hands but I'm just gonna basically,go along that edge and take off the main,bits of brown and then you won't notice,when you eat it it'll be delicious so,with all of these things I'm gonna chop,them up and we're gonna make really I,mean I suppose it's a bit of a,ratatouille but I just tend to put,anything that I like that's in the,fridge and I put it in a pan and it,tends to taste quite good the one of my,really favorite tricks which is,something that my dad does law and my,mom,I love using dry sausages or dry salami,Zoar chorizo obviously if your veggie,you're vegan you don't have to put that,in today I'm gonna be using as I said,tomato pepper over Jean some of these,really pretty colorful carrots I have a,whole packet of mushrooms that need to,be eaten pretty soonish and I'm gonna,put them in the pan with garlic onion,that's gonna start the most important,thing about cooking with sausages is,that you have to eat so otherwise you're,just not really cooking so what I'm,doing with this sausage is I'm just,chopping them into school little squares,I'd say you'd still want them a little,bit chunky so that they're nice and,chewy when you eat into them yeah I've,only used a small amount of olive oil,because that's just checking that's all,of those pieces are going to start,oozing really tasty oil so I didn't want,to drench it in that but that's gonna,get going and I'm gonna come back to my,veggie and I'm kind of doing the same,with these um over green pieces I'm just,gonna put them into smallish kind of,squares depending on how big you like,your veg be silly I just realized I have,a lovely quarter onion that I'll be,using so I'm just gonna take her bottom,off and take her top off,cheeky don't think like that so I always,smile when I start to chop an onion,because my dad for years would always be,trying to teach me how to chop it,properly and I was so stubborn and,probably just wanted to figure out,myself and I would always,tell them my new stars is chopping my,peppers and aubergine this is what I,want the sausage to be looking like so,ah I just got spat on so the pans,obviously little hot now I've just,turned heat off and all of those oils,have just come out of the sausage and,that is going to help us you and then,the only time I actually fully learned,was when I was I think watching Jamie,Oliver one of his shows when I was,younger that's what I was allowed to,watch my dad my dad approved of David,Attenborough and Jamie Oliver,decided to put my aubergine on in with,my onions because I said they're gonna,take a bit longer to cook and the,peppers and the starters really ants,this is what my pan looks like so far,I'll give it a stir my words are gone so,I put my tomatoes in and that's all,cooking away really nicely we're always,gonna say is there wasn't really much,for you guys to be seeing I've just,turned that off before all the,vegetables gathered too mushy what's,happening why am i troubling my mouth,I've washed my mushrooms wash your all,your vegetables all the time not just,during corona I mean you guys can tell,me if I'm wrong I don't mind but I,actually I don't like taking the entire,stem out of the mushroom it seems like,such a waste so I just chopped close to,the end and that's how I do it you don't,have to do it like that so in there we,now have obviously the cooked vegetable,from before I just chopped the mushrooms,and the green stuff is I cooked with an,elephant garlic yesterday and they're,huge and their stems are really tasty as,well so I just chopped it up and gnashed,sorry I just had some more sausage next,as so because I'm gonna be chopping this in,half and actually cooking it with the,skin on,I've taken the stickers off and you know,I found this on the floor in in a shop I,mean as were lots of other vegetables,but personally for me I'd feel a lot,karma if they just gently wash the,outsides,you may think I'm insane but I like to,keep it all clean so now I'm gonna,basically get a spoon ready and I'm just,gonna chop this all the way down the,middle,mmm look at that colour I think that's,my favorite color,that and cobalt blue which weirdly I'm,wearing and we're gonna do the same for,this one,beautiful I go singing hands I gotta,turn you off I did the hair up cause it,was getting in the way okay so now we're,getting a spoon and we're just gonna,scoop that out um unless you have a,garden or you have chickens I'd say get,rid of those seeds if you have chickens,or you have animals that would like to,eat them or maybe you want to plant them,keep them they're exactly the same seeds,that you'd buy in a garden shop but yeah,this is fun and sticky so I'll see in a,bit I'm sorry I keep on losing videos,because my screen goes blank so we're,gonna chop these I'd say about an inch,thick and to make it easier so that it's,not walking around you're gonna turn it,over on the flat side and then you can,really put your weight into it,these are quite hard vegetables maybe,I'm cooking them a bit too early but,it's smell really good,so that's that one how's everyone doing,by the way,is everyone feeling a little bit more,normal,we've been able to get used to it all,for a week I feel like I found it really,helpful keeping my structure of Monday,to Friday like the moment my weekends,and weekdays start blending I feel like,I get bit yeah I was saying that my my,normal weekday weekend schedule feels,better when I keep to it I got a bit,panicky when my weekdays were blending,into weekends so that certainly helped,so what I'm gonna do with these is I'm,gonna put them in that long pan just,there and then I'm also going to chop up,the garlic now and basically douse it,all in,yummy olive oil okay but I ended up,using two pans in the end because I am,using a lot of butternut squash but,basically this is what my path look like,now very pretty colors I haven't put the,olive oil on yet don't worry that's,coming and then just smush them about a,bit so that they're all covered,underneath and on top with olive oil,I don't know about you but I love garlic,love it but I don't mind garlic breath,you could have eaten a whole garlic,clove it doesn't do anything to me I,love it it's actually more like perfume,so I'm gonna use quite a lot of garlic,but for this portion these aren't gonna,be diced up they're not gonna be chopped,up fine at all they are going to be,halved part does that make sense I'm,just gonna basically chop them in half,once with the skins still on,I always remember watching Jamie,Oliver's shows and all of his garlic,would just look so tasty and you,wouldn't even chop it probably he would,like just chop that in half and put it,amongst the vegetables and it would look,like the most amazing thing ever so,maybe this is a steal from him thanks,Jamie Oliver so I just peppered and i,salted my butternut squash those are all,the hard little garlicky thing is hidden,in amongst there and they're gonna go in,now and I'd say watch them certainly,watch them I'm gonna guess like 20,minutes until they're soft basically I'm,so bad at that part,sorry just watch it the really really,crucial part is you have to make sure,that you are well parched so you know,make sure that you're ready to to pour,away,and then um you know you can carry on,after that but that's really important,nutrition okay so the next part whilst,that's cooking in the oven is I'm going,to make an additional part of the meal,which I intend to sprinkle in each bowl,of the soup this soup is totally fine,without this part so you don't have to,make this at all I'm gonna be making,potatoes and chorizo it's a dish that my,dad makes hundreds of times I grew up,with it and it's just really tasty but,I'm gonna put this in the soup,which I've never done before but I,imagine it's really good so we're just,going to slice each potato into squares,and once they're in squares when you put,them in the pan with chorizo and it just,fries nicely and all the juices as I,said last time come out with the,sausages and they create a great flavor,yeah so this is what my potatoes look,like as I said they're little squares,and I've kept the skin on because I,don't mind the skin on on this dish it's,actually quite tasty you can take it off,if you want to next I'm gonna be,chopping myself our that's my favorite,bit cuz I get fed yay so this is what I,was talking about the other day all of,those little bits of fat and flavors are,all going to melt in the pan and that's,the thing that's the flavor that I like,as I said you do not have to put this in,if you don't not want to they're small,potatoes are gonna cook just fine

as scarlett will say she did 10 years of,work and i,came in and and ruined it,we have to go back to where it all,started,where did you think i was all this time,we have unfinished business hello,florence how are you i'm good thank you,how are you doing,i'm good first question i mean the,sister dynamic between you,and scott johansen was so much fun to,watch enough,all of you i didn't say anything that's,not fair,how did you approach that element of the,role specifically,the coolest thing was that we had an,amazing connection and as scarlett has,said previously you never know that when,you come on board,of production you don't know if you're,gonna have good chemistry,um so something that was really,wonderful to see come from these,characters was it was because of our,good chemistry that our relationship on,screen ended up,you know blossoming in ways that,weren't originally there lots of the,love and and the,and the jokes and the tenderness that,you see um,was just over i suppose a film's worth,of time of us,really actually being together and,hanging out together and i think we're,very lucky in that sense,and it just meant that our connection in,our characters,could have so much room to grow and,could go in so many different,wonderful new directions because there,was that there and we could easily lean,on it,scarlett was so welcoming and our,characters really,grew off that as well one of the,funniest things between your characters,was this internal riff on the pose this,is a movie that,centers the women and doesn't goes out,of its way to not sexualize them,i mean how did that whole you know the,joking with the pose,come about well sadly as uh as scarlett,will say,she did ten years of work and i came in,and,and ruined it it all happened because i,was in,the the stunts warehouse and they were,like you know flow now that you're,as this character you're gonna have to,come up with a pose and i was like,yeah but like what is scarlett's pose,like surely that would hurt when she,lands,if she was actually landing from a,height and they were like oh yeah i mean,all of the posts if you actually land,like that you'd break your back you'd,break your knees and i was like oh my,goodness does scarlett know that her,pose would have her broken,so on set one day i was like scarlett,you know when you do,this like this is super dangerous and,you,i mean what is this pose and eric pierce,and the writer was in hysterics and,scarlett was just like i can't believe,you're taking the piss,out of this thing that i have created,and made eric pearson was just basically,taking notes in the corner and he was,like oh yeah,that's going in the film which is why,whenever i do it,she's always got like this little smirk,on her face,you are so open about your life on,instagram what is it about the medium,and being so open with your life that,really appeals to you i don't think,i'm open about everything i do have i do,have lines i think it's really important,that you,you make a distinct point about what,you're willing to share and what you're,not,i think for me i'm seeing more and more,of of instagram becoming a place that,is um i mean you you can have pages that,are genuine and honest but,i think for me it's always been,important to show both sides of my life,you know there's a very wonderful,exciting glamorous side where i i work,with my team like for example today and,we,make all of these amazing artistic,choices and i go in,fantastic dresses to fantastic places,and then there's also another side which,is like,very normal and i think sometimes that,side gets forgotten,and i think a social media being,something that is incredibly,uh big on every single adolescent's,phone,i i have a younger sister that has had,it from a young age and i really found,it important that,i needed uh for her sake and for all of,her friends sake,for them to see that it's just as,important to have spots on your chin,as it is for you to have you know a good,shot with the girls on the weekend,it is down to big instagram accounts,to to help out with that and to really,see how much what we post could,potentially be damaging even if it's in,a positive,like way the things that we're posing i,think the the way that,instagram is set up is that it shows an,ideal life,and we all know that those aren't the,moments that,that happen every single day and i just,think i've found it incredibly important,to just be a bit more honest and open,and,and and show the normality of of life as,well as,the wonderful things and i enjoy that as,well because i like i like being genuine,and i don't like being anything other,than,what i loudly am so i think i'd probably,go mad if i couldn't do that,i love that answer thank you so much for,being so generous

hello everyone how are you doing I'm,hoping you'll still well and healthy and,safe I've been wrestling with the idea,for the past few days about whether I,should do this video and then finally,last night I thought well for my own,peace of mind I should on Monday I,posted a photo in honor of Zach's,birthday and I wrote a birthday message,underneath within about eight minutes of,the photo being posted I had about 70%,of the comments hurling abuse and being,horrid and basically bullying someone on,my page it is the first time in my,entire Instagram life that I have had to,turn off the comments on my page I have,never been an Instagram page that,encourages that I have never been an,Instagram page that likes that toxic,vibe I have only been an Instagram page,that tries to bring some light and tries,to be positive and tries to make people,smile I will not allow that behavior on,my page I'm not about that it makes me,upset it makes me sad that during this,time when we really all need to be,together we need to be supporting one,another we need to be loving one another,the world is aching and the world is,dying and a few of you decided to to,bully for no reason I'm 24 years old I,have been working since I was 17 years,old I have been earning money since I,was 17 years old I became an adult when,I was 18 years old and I started paying,taxes when I was 18 years old,I'll underline this fact I am 24 years,old I do not need you to tell me who I,should and should not love and I would,never in my life ever ever tell anyone,who they can and,not love it is not your place and really,it has nothing to do with you,so if if those rules are something that,you do not like then please,unfollow me because the abuse that you,throw at him is abuse that you're,throwing at me and I don't want those,followers and I I don't I don't want to,have to be protecting protecting you,know my comments every time I post a,picture of him I really hope that I can,continue this relationship with a lot of,you and I can keep on cooking and I can,keep on dancing and I can keep on,singing but I don't want I don't want,that on my page it's embarrassing it's,sad and I don't know when cyber bullying,became trendy I don't know when it,became a point system I don't know why I,don't know why it's a cool thing and,that's never been what my page has been,about so here's to you guys and I hope,that we can keep on being positive and,to those who do not agree with any of,the things that I've just said I kindly,ask that you won't follow me because,that is not my page be safe,try and be positive during all of this,and I'll see you soon
