say I,swam I ran there's all these things and,the one thing they never talk about is,the mental activity so you put a person,who is physically trained in a mentally,tough situation and things happen real,bad what that means is you know you put,a guy in cold water and he's physically,trained and he's not mentally trained,about all his insecurities in life and,everything else he hasn't dealt with,he's gonna make up Alliance juices on,why he needs to quit something and he's,gonna wonder why what happened I trained,so hard I physically trained so hard but,that mental aspect of anything is the,most important thing so don't set your,goals and everything without making sure,you set your mind right and handle your,insecurities let's talk about something,I don't talk about enough hard work or I,have the three H's humility honesty and,hard work so as far as that goes he'd be,honest with yourself are you smart,are you not smart are you in good shape,or you're not in good shape are you fat,whatever you are that you're not happy,with it takes a lot of hard work to,improve that about yourself for me I,wasn't smart one the best athlete so,more people to study for an hour,Rauf study for 6 and 7 hours for a test,to run hundred mile races and a pudding,hunt 20 mile weeks somebody's putting 74,the pull-up record I fell three times at,least six to seven thousand pull-ups in,eight nine months and still filmed the,other day hard work may not be enough,you still make them just stay at and go,ahead alright everybody you see me,smiling why because it kind of sucks out,here in New York City,they're expecting some big push to come,in so I was kind of praying to the UH,snow gods for worse weather to come in,because why and worse weather we get,better I'm kind of happy but I was,hoping to be not worse I'm gonna do a,nice little run today and no I'm not,thinking it's warm in 70 I like to live,in reality it sucks it's about seven,inches of snow and I'm extremely,ecstatic right now pain is just a,feeling you see us happiness why because,it sucks that's what I'm so happy right,now,Merry Christmas this morning I woke up,with a slack-jawed poopypants mentality,I've been travelling an awful lot kind,of war down a little bit I believe in,taking days off I think days off a real,important for recovery and all that,stuff,but I don't believe in taking days off,because your mentality is just feeling,sorry for yourself uh I deserve this I,earned that mentality,and that's now sated myself today,self-talk was horrible so we have no we,all have one voice and that one voice is,very no my whole job now is that,four o'clock in the morning I get the, kicked out of me for 18 months you,got to create that new norm that has to,be your lifestyle you are the master of,your own mind create that masterpiece be,proud of yourself at the very end of it,all,sometimes we can be in such a bad spot,in our lives that's the only answer is,to stay in go-for-broke then my,wife 27 years exhaust in that spot and,was gassed me a question yesterday was a,question to her he asked if you're,paying the price physically now for what,you put your body through it might pay,the price so max was yes I am but what,he didn't know was literally I stepped,back 297 pounds,look the accountability here and I saw,every flex night like it wasn't so much,the outside there's a lot of the inside,so that bothered me and I was going to,do whatever it took to change that,reflection you got to find out what you,want to do to change the reflection that,countability berry so life's all about,time management so I'm driving from Las,Vegas to San Diego and the traffic got,real bad so got bumper-to-bumper no,one's moving the so I'm doing two a,day runs right now right in the morn you,run in the afternoon so I plan on,getting the San Diego get my run in he's,always thinking all poopypants and feel,sorry for yourself and getting off,frustrating because life has come at me,I decide to pull over because no one's,moving anyway and utilize this time to,get my miles in I'm not saying do this,I'm not saying do this this is what were,to do right now so you like your time,wisely,no running to know even one shut up,myself stay home we have an epidemic in,this world the epidemic I'm talking,about is a lot of people about, everything they about not,having time they they bigs about the,boss the about the husband that, about their lives they about,everything,some people even follow me on Instagram,and about me cussing so,why the are you follow me on,Instagram,if you know I'm gonna cus we, about everything your life but we,do nothing about it very few people do,anything about it I'm fat I'm out of,shape all these things what the, are you doing about it you gotta,take action in your life you gotta stop,bitching you gotta start being find a,solution to your problem,don't be the problem take action for,every action there's an opposite,reaction if all you do is ,nothing's gonna happen in your life take,action take control,stay hard there's so many times in life,you don't want to be doing what the ,you're doing you can't just quit,remember this they said in the hobby,it's in the joke it's a ,lifestyle so what you say to yourself is,important there's no coach,there's no trainer to keep your doors,only you so think about this you've been,working your whole life to get a ,seat at the table to see the table it,wouldn't be the best amongst all the,best people in your career field,so you finally get that letter it's,steak lobster it's a big dinner,everybody's showing up dressed to the,nines make sure you saw soaking wet but, getting after it working out,hard down on your neck you respect the,event so make sure you put that towel,over that nice chair so you don't ,it up the whole thing is this don't say,a word,stay uncommon amongst uncommon people,you're never done don't stop when you're,tired stop when you're done stay hard a,lot of us dream big you said dream big,dream big is important you know some of,us would be doctors lawyers dentists to,us wedding they'll want one of these,special operations so you have this big,dream you can see so clearly like it's,right in front of you can go out and,touch it but the thing about it is,somewhere if you dream big enough,somewhere down that journey that dream,becomes a nightmare and,what happens in that nightmare so they,have all these questions like if you,want to be a special ops you may not be,a great swimmer you may just realize,that I'm not great some out I'm not,great runner you may start to fail test,and all these questions start to flood,your mind why am I here I'm not good,enough trust me I know all about the, questions they will flood your,mind if you do not have the answers for,them you will quit the answers lie in,the repetitions you must not forget the,repetitions you put into trying to,dominate the crap that you're in today,always always embrace the suck adapt to,the suck stay home when I first joined,the military I got som

we're doing,exercises hoping about this is the,mental mindset also so I won't tell you,how many reps we're doing of anything,we're just going to go go at my pace go,at your pace do the best you can try to,have quality not quantity but alright,we're going to start with stationary,lunges good luck all right begin,and then people have questions yeah well,I'm doing this okay clearly been working,out so but if you set up stop for like,15 20 seconds,shake it out make sure you trying to get,a nice full lunch,if anybody's joining who's asking what,are we doing we are doing a 45 to 60,minute workout simultaneously trying to,destroy great things and the way that,our government manipulates the minds of,our youth to thinking that they should,be doing certain things the whole goal,is not to empower and Elevate these,young women it's to destroy the last,Bastion of the war fighter in the United,States which is the best military in the,world utterly to weaken and undermine us,I think that if women want to be in Spec,Ops they should be but they should they,should have their own units well before,so the in the SEAL Teams I think it's,the most diverse equity and inclusive,environment left on the planet and,here's why I say that everybody the,diverse backgrounds from which people,come whether they're made male or if,they could make it through as a female,but they can't it's a whole different,conversation so diversity you always,have to have diversity of ideas skill,sets that's what the teams are set up,everybody has diverse skill sets in the,platoon or in the team to combine as one,you know when I can think about the,platoons that you've been in and I'm,just sort of running down an inventory,of who those people were they came from,immense wealth they came from abject,poverty they came from rural areas they,came from cities they came from,everywhere there's there's no lack of,diversity very diverse from there's,short guys there's six eight guys,there's 280 pound guys there's guys that,are buck 10 you know soaking wet,diversity in and of itself diversity is,essential all the time everywhere in and,of itself unless it's forced unless I,have to have of somebody who is 5'4,instead of saying racism or femininity,if you force somebody into a position,that they didn't earn that destroys,diversity do you know what I mean by,that yes like oh my God we have to have,and this is the controversial side of it,we have to have a Hispanic you have to, they may not have earned it a quota,oh my God you have to meet quotas as,opposed to I don't give if,everybody was 6'5 and black as long as,they earn the right to be there nobody,would have problems right they beat,everybody else out they're in that,position because of Merit and earn it,earn it and all that stuff so diversity,and in the reality of the SEAL Teams,diversity of ideas Unity of action,that's also where this diversity equity,and inclusion went off the base Unity of,action so I have to move forward to,together doing the same as a unit,otherwise you're well this person has to,have time out this person has to be able,to pray at noon we're in the middle of,an OP you can't stop and pray so,diversity is cool until it destroys,Unity of action do you know what I mean,by that the other one is equal in the,SEAL Teams everybody's treated equally,poorly you're all treated like you,all condescended all the time you make,no difference to anybody and everybody's,treated equally the same way I want to I,have this quote here that I think is,important to share and it's from Thomas,Sal in his book discrimination and,disparities and he says at a minimum,history shows how dangerous it can be to,a whole society to automatically and,incessantly attribute statistical,differences in outcomes to malevolent,actions against the less successful not,true it's true and you know so everybody,has an equal opportunity to to fail in,Spec Ops either you do this if you can't,do 100 push-ups in two
