cramps,here's the amazing thing another thing,aside from being color-coordinated,Cantus they are also in the same cycle,so when she's bloated I'm bloated,it's crazy like we are there together so,let's do I'm going to step,back a little further so you guys can,see um tuck your tailbone so from the,side you're gonna tuck and squeeze your,butt yeah so you want to think about,firmly like squeezing your butt cheeks,together like you have a check for a,million dollars between them and you,have to hold it there you're gonna,maintain that and now you're just like a,mus your gonna step out and then lift,the knee up step out lift the knee up so,even if you don't have the bands you,step out you squeeze your cheeks you,lift up you think of your core step out,squeeze your cheeks,lift up engage your core so it's like a,monster walk now Candace will always say,that she messes the arms up there's no,wrong way to do the arms just go with it,and then let's do the other sides you,know you're gonna step out squeeze your,cheeks bring it together and lift up so,I can't lift this knee up because I,can't,I'm getting more knee flexion every day,but it's morning so it's not really warm,yet lift I'm starting to walk like a,normal human again which is nice step,out yeah any progress baby steps,step out good lift it up so let's go for,more,step out squeeze those cheeks lift three,more step out excellent,and lift two more step out and lift one,more last one step out and lift,beautiful now ring the band up to your,ankles so the band's going to be on your,ankles I'm gonna show you from the as many,as you guys write me but I love to try,to read through some of them and then,when I get a gist of consistent,questions I figured I'd just come on,live and try to answer some of them so,I'm gonna start off I'm reading some of,your comments and so I'm just gonna I'm,just gonna start answering the questions,that I know many of you have asked and,then I will try to also read some of,your questions here and answer some of,those so I wanted to start off with the,Bible and faith questions so okay forks,like of course you're gonna have to,leave you're gonna have to go,you just well it,sold out in 24 hours well because it did,they have ordered so many more and I,think they're coming in July so I'm just,letting you know that that will be,available so any time I'd read scripture,I'm reading from this encourage Bible a,lot of you ask it is the the version is,Christian Standard Bible it's the CSB,and it's a devotional Bible meaning it,has its the whole Bible old a New,Testament but then there are over a,hundred authors that write devotionals,in and there's reading plans in here to,help you start reading the Bible,whether you're super familiar with it or,you've never read the Bible at all in,the back there there are reading plans,so it can tell you exactly what to read,on wet day and there are themes and,topics and this one is all dedicated,towards women,so it's women of courage it's women of,beautiful brokenness women of,togetherness women of grace women of,leader, and then it will take you through a,reading plan and highlight those things,in the Bible that's why I love this,Bible it's just not just the Bible but,all the devos in it are super,encouraging but it's geared toward women,and how I can apply it to my life so,anyway that will it's coming back but,not till July so hang in there a lot of,you have asked if you don't know where,to start,or you you just you know maybe you had a,relationship with God and you just want,to get back into it or start focusing,again where do you start,and along with the Bible and a lot of,you have asked is there are there,devotionals that I recommend and I do,I've actually written a few along with,my friends at Dayspring and so here are,just two of them I've written three I,don't have the third one here but this,is the first one and I suggest starting,with authentic living and what this is,is a 21-day devotional so it's basically,a months worth if you do you know five,days a week and it's really simple so it,asks you the pages are really beautiful,by the way and it's really thick like,when you write in it it's not gonna,bleed through but each day it gives you,a scripture to read you can read more in,your own Bible or you can just read the,scripture here and then it prompts you,with three questions and they're just,life applicable questions and it just,gets you to start thinking about your,relationship with God and what you do,think about it and then so it's and I,it's just a great place to start if,you've whether you you've been in the,faith a really long time or you're brand,new it's good and at the beginning of,this one authentic living there's a,little note from me and I answer some,questions before you get started and I,highly suggest that you,read this it says like why should I read,the Bible and study it what does it mean,to be saved what if I don't need to be,saved,is there really one way to God do I need,to use a Bible how do I study so I,answer these questions in the very,beginning so this is a wonderful tool,you can get this at Dayspring calm want,you to tap each shoulder twice so you're,gonna tap right to left left to right,right to left left to right hold your,plank and now we're gonna do what we,call scat push-ups to warm up your,shoulders so I'll show you from the side,okay you're gonna let your hips you're,gonna drop into your shoulder blades and,then press the floor away so think about,your shoulder blades pinching together,and then push the floor away for two,more so this is a great modification for,push-ups if you don't feel you can do,push-ups properly this helps strengthen,the muscles that you use for Lancers,products for 10 years 11 years and he,really did change my skin because I had,a lot of sun damage and my pores were,big and rough and she got it all back on,track and now this is what you see my,Lighting's not great about what what,else okay so here's the foundation of,dr. Lancers the method it is the polish,the cleanse and then nourish this is the,3-piece step and this would like,everyone has to start on this if you,start dr. Lance or start on the method,and then add,other products that's my suggestion and,dr. Lancer would suggest that too right,absolutely regardless of who you are dr.,planter starts everyone on the method,because he wants to know how good your,skin is going to be and that's the,Polish that you have right there so,that's the first step and this has the,physical exfoliants and chemical,exfoliant so what I love about these,powers that you're doing right now is,that it's dense enough to use every day,and that's really the difference with,dr. Lancers skin care products and the,method is that color should be used,every day of the first step i mean think,of cleaning your floor dr. good morning everyone,I am tired and haven't had any tea yet,or caffeine and but I'm ready to work,out I'm totally ready but I'm like I,just needed five more minutes to have,some tea okay I'm gonna grab Kira on,here oh goodness here we go,there she is how's everyone this morning,good,hi Maddie hi hi you need five more,minutes to drink your tea I mean sorry,everyone wanting to get right to the,workout I haven't had one sip I just,need like two sips of my team so we chat,well you have your two sips cuz we all,know how important it like we all need a,little bit of caffeine before we get,stoked like the middle yeah right just,made a bed a little too long and then,you know didn't have my proper yeah ed,up morning and Boris snored so badly,last night like kept me up the whole,night because he snores really bad I,think spurious Boris snoring yeah,remember Mike he's he does he's yeah and,he doesn't listen when you ask him to,roll over like Gary I said you're,snoring something in her love up yeah,stop for a little bit yeah first I get,really mad and I'll just throw the,pillow at Boris like he sleeps in his,bed but in my bed so I'll throw it to,try to hit him so it kind of like,bongsam doing so well it's talking about,this workout a little bit while you're,having your tea okay okay we are gonna,use bands during this workout we're,gonna use bands and weights and just,remember that like this is Candace's,workout she's wonderfully sharing her,time her time with all of us so I,program this too for what Candice needs,like and what was on her program today,too so she's gonna go a little heavier,with the weights that you shoot me like,huh because we're doing with a goblet,squat we're not gonna add any upper body,to it it's lower body focused as we said,so here's what I'll see at home if you,need something heavier like sometimes a,bag of rice or a bag of rock salt or,fill up the suitcase like a carry-on,suitcase or a backpack,and you can fill a backpack up with like,cans of soup or anything to make it a,little bit heavier just remember that,get creative with it and I'll show you,without the bands but Candace is gonna,use bands because don't know we love our,bands right so clams back in stock in a,bottle beach now so just mark your,calendar and again we're gonna use,gliders to Canada's gliders work so I'm,gonna show you with towels um Furniture,sliders if you're using carpet and you,don't have gliders right so those are,just a few things because I know like,you know sometimes we all want to do,bodyweight work if you don't have stuff,at home but again we're giving you what,canvas would be doing as part of her,program today so okay okay alright so,we're gonna warm up with a walk out,series and I love walk outs because let,me move this down so hopefully you guys,can see my bat down there um why cats,are great way to warm up your body we're,gonna just go through this walk out,series two times you know you didn't,even work out we're gonna do two full,circuits today plus fine then we're,gonna add on some fine-tuning at the end,hence the 30-minute ish dishes,everything right Candice here embrace,the ish okay it's because we care about,you all it's not I'm not disrespecting,your time I just really care she does,and if we told you an hour then it would,be an hour and a half okay alright so,let's stand up tall take a nice deep,breath overhead now I want you to spit,into a body weight squats your feet,should be a little wider than hips width,sit back into a squat lift your chest so,it's like your first lot of the day,you're probably not gonna get as low now,maintaining your squat watch you're just,gonna plant your hands on the ground,drive your hips up right so hips job,you're in a forward bend you're gonna,walk out to a plank position hold your,plank squeeze your glutes so from here,this is where it gets a little different,you're gonna lower your body to,Flor and you're gonna list your chest,and squeeze your upper back this is,called shoulder retraction so you lift,the hands off the ground squeeze your,shoulder blades so your feet are still,in the floor in there squeezing your,butt and then you simply place your,hands down push right up to a plank,position again take your left foot to,the outside of your left wrist open up,so this is just a nice thoracic spine,rotation from your mid-back and then,you're gonna bring your hand down bring,the foot back the other foot will step,forward and then you open up to the,other side and then the hand goes down,and the foot goes back listen up feet,are now hips width squat position you're,gonna walk back plant your heels on the,floor drop your hips lift your chest to,a squat drive up squeeze your gluts,squat down again hold it hands on the,ground hips go up walk your hands out to,a plank position squeeze your glutes,hold your plank for five seconds draw,the navel in and then lower your body to,the floor scapular retraction lift the,hands off the floor then tap them to the,floor lift up again tap to
